Pros:

We stayed here with our organized travel group so no choice in the matter. Our room was extremely tired, filthy carpet, no AC; the shower head broke late the night of our check in. The staff was friendly and responsive but the problem couldn’t be addressed until the next day. The lifts are very dangerous. They need servicing or replacement. Some of our group actually got stuck on them. I would never stay here again. This place needs a major remodel to stay competitive with other hotels in the area.

Hotel it's self was clean and ok

Cons:

I booked a room for two adults and two 15 year olds and I was given two double beds
My twins are a boy and girl and you expected them to sleep in same bed that's wrong
