Great hotel - good value for money
Pros:

Comfortable bed, outstanding breakfast, very kind and helpful personal. Gym well equipped, including sauna.
It is hotel in a good location.

Cons:

Room furniture used, not Novotel worldwide standard. But well functioning.

Very friendly and helpful staff in reception and breakfast area too.

Cons:

Toilet was in a room with no sink...had to come out then go into the shower room...just wee bit odd.

Pros:

Staff where great with dog in the restaurant very friendly great location and nice room standard

Cons:

The restaurant food wasn't very good had carbonara tasteless and not nice at all and the beds where very uncomfortable

Location of the hotel is great, within walking distance of Buchanan Street bus station and the city centre.

Cons:

Had dinner in the hotel on our first night, very pricey for what is was. The food was a disappointment. The steak for the steak pie was bland and chewy and the kids weren't happy with their pizzas. Breakfast was ok
