Lovely central hotel!
Pros:

Lovely and clean. Comfortable and had everything we needed. The sauna and steam room were a nice surprise and the staff were lovely and accommodating!

Cons:

Was a bit disappointed to pay almost £15 for a pizza from the restaurant for it to be a Chicago Town oven pizza with some herbs sprinkled on top that we could have bought for 1/4 of the price.

Good value comfort in the perfect place, with easy cheap parking
Pros:

Central location for the city centre and the accommodation of the GSA students, so ideal for helping my daughter move in to her halls of residence . Parking was only £10 for the whole weekend!! Really comfortable beds - we had a twin with 2 doubles and it was very comfortable

Cons:

The decor in the room was a bit bland, but it was calm!

schönes Hotel mit großzügigen Zimmer und relativ innenstadtnah

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, und das Personal bemüht und hilftbereit.
Die Betten waren gut und das Zimmer sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war der Raum aber sehr überfüllt und das Personal heillos überfordert mit dem Abräumen der Tische hinterher zu kommen.

Far from the expected Novotel standards
Pros:

The hotel is outside the very central zone, but within walking distance to all the attractions in Glasgow.
The staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms are good size, beds are comfortable, breakfast ok, but no more than that.

Cons:

We expected more from a hotel of the Accor chain, the furniture and all the finish materials are cheap and dated, the toilet room is extremely small, we are thin, but a larger person would find it difficult to close the door. Poor water pressure at the shower, old stains on one of the sheets.

Did the job for what it was bought for

Purpose of the stay was somewhere to sleep/rest/ wash and change after flying into Glasgow early hours and travelling back to Newcastle.

Cons:

Expensive for one night but in context cheaper than a hotel nearer to the airport
Car park is a 5 min walk from the hotel and equally expensive
In the centre of all the pubs etc. we arrived at 2am and was quite busy with lots of drunk people around, taxis and Ubers etc. didn’t feel too comfortable walking round from the car park on my own with 2 young children.

Cons:

La cama doble muy pequeña, la habitación no tenia vistas al exterior sino a un patio de instalaciones con un ruido constante a maquinaria. No pude descansar bien.
