Great location, very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Good value for a very central hotel and, big selling point for me, very reasonable pet supplement.

Cons:

Usually pretty faultless but this time the room hadn’t been cleaned very thoroughly with cup/glass marks on several surfaces.

Muy buen hotel, la habitación es ancha y limpia. Tiene un supermercado en la esquina de al lado y no está lejos del centro, el barrio es tranquilo. La habitación está muy bien equipada con una cafetera y un hervidor de agua junto con café, azúcar y una botella de agua de cortesía lo que es todo un detalle. La cama es grande y cómoda, el baño está separado en un váter y luego la zona de lavabo y bañera. Además tiene un armario y unos cajones abiertos para guardar más cosas y la televisión se puede mover. En resumen la habitación ha estado muy bien y el personal ha sido agradable por lo que engloba toda la experiencia positiva, sin ninguna pega y dejando la sensación de volver o recomendar el lugar.

Cons:

I remember leaving my battery power bank for charging, when I checked out of the hotel. I had a meeting to attend at the Glasgow University. When I realised I didn't have the power bank and the charging cable and plug for it, I immediately tried to call the hotel- I tried multiple times but each time it kept ringing but nobody picked up the phone. Before I could even call the hotel, I checked my bag multiple times, but couldn't find it anywhere.

Finally I decided to personally visit the hotel, leaving my meeting midway. When I went there and enquired, the lady there kindly offered to check- in a while she came back saying she found the charging wire but not the power bank.

I know for certain that I had left the power bank in the hotel- the fact that the staff saying they didn't find the power bank is a bit hard to believe.

Anyways, considering it was my fault in the first place to not have taken it with me, I can't fight my way out of this. But sadly it left a bitter taste for me, and going forward I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I'm sorry but the wonderful experience I had otherwise over the 2 days stay got washed away with this incident.

Cons:

Room is not cleaned properly. We found burger packaging inside cabinet and underneath the bed. What’s worse is there’s a half eaten burger pattie under the bed. Carpet is disgusting and the shampoos are not refilled. The cleanness of this property has lot left to be improved
