Personál milý a ochotný, čistota na pokoji, dostatečně velký, hezky a čistě zařízený, postele pohodlné a čisté, dobrá snídaně.

Cons:

Koupelna - sprchový kout nešel dovřít, nebyl umytý. Klika od pokoje byla poškozená, vzduch na pokoji byl cítit plísní, neslo vyvětrat kvůli mříži. Pokoj jsme měli rodinný v patře -1.

Alojamiento limpio y cómodo con desayuno
Pros:

Muy cerca del metro, restaurantes y supermercados. Tiene un porche con mesas dónde sentarte a descansar y comer algo. Instalaciones correctas y limpias reservamos habitación con aire acondicionado.

Cons:

El precio, pero es lo normal en Londres.

Pros:

La chambre était suffisamment grande pour 4 personnes.
Contrairement à d'autres critiques en ligne, nous avons toujours eu suffisamment d'eau chaude.
Emplacement proche du métro.
Nous avons eu une chambre côté "cour", et avons donc évité le bruit très fort de la route devant l'hôtel.

Cons:

Les draps de lit n'ont pas été changés durant tout le séjour (8 nuits), malgré que l'un d'eux ait été sali (saignement.de nez).
A l'arrivée, il y avait des poils (cils ?) sur les draps des lit (sous la couverture). C'est assez dégoûtant.
Impossible de fermer la douche. Odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain.
