Pros:

Hotel with very good localization. Close to Kensington Gardens and tube station. It was easy to get to important turistic atractions. Also a range of good restaurants nearby. Very good, british style, breakfast.

Cons:

Had an issue with a water leak through the ceiling at 6.15 on a Sunday morning, bed and carpet soaked, electric knocked out,reported it to night reception, didn't get any help just offered the day room to sit in, no offer of another room or even an explanation of there was no other room available. This was at 6.45osj on a Sunday morning, I know it wasn't the hotels fault as caused but other customers above but no help offered. Otherwise the hotel was good for the price and eventually got a partial refund with booking.coms help.

Good location friendly helpful staff and good price

Cons:

It was a particularly hot day in the big smoke touching 33 degrees so the lack of Aircon wasn't appreciated. There was a fan provided which helped but the hotel cant change the weather so who am I to complain

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, besonders die Dame beim Frühstück. Das Zimmer war ruhig und ausreichend groß für vier Personen. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, Underground nur ein paar Minuten weit weg.

Cons:

Die Matratzen hingen zur Mitte hin etwas durch. Im Bad hat es manchmal muffig gerochen.
