I really love the hotel room, customer service and the amount thanks to Booking.com.
Pros:

The staff was outstanding. They were very friendly and accommodating. They continued to prepare fresh food for the breakfast, great room service, clean and quiet rooms and a beautiful view of the water wand boats that made the room relaxing.

Cons:

The elevator went out my first night and continued to stay out until my last day. This was very inconvenient for anyone who stayed on the upper floors and the dining area was on the 11th floor. I also think the parking fee of $20 daily is too high. It should be free to guests.

I would stay again just for the shower.
Pros:

Location, shower pressure was awesome, comfortable bed, couldn’t hear noise from inside the room when there was noise outside of the room.

Cons:

$25 parking fee, small and slow elevators

Pros:

Location was good and the AC in the room was perfect.

Cons:

Only two elevators and they were very small, lady at the front desk was not very nice. Had a bad attitude. Restroom had pubic hair on the floor when we checked in makeup on the floor from previous guest. Paul had trash and towels from previous guest.

Don’t like paying for parking but it was a nice enough place. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Inaccessible balcony, unadvertised. Searched on booking for hotels with balcony...lies. The balconies have been sealed shut since Hurricane Harvey. So disappointed.

Pros:

It is right in the center of unfortunately dirty and abandoned city.

Cons:

Had to ask for towels, soap, cleaning. Washing machine requires 8 quarters only. Restaurant is good, but does not work on Sundays. Very noisy AC unit. Weak, and strange WiFi. Paid parking.
