- Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. As piscinas quentinhas e a recreação infantil muito atenciosa. Minhas filhas amaram.
Weather was not so hot. That’s why the termina pools was just perfect. We enjoyed the waterpark and the whole area was very green and beautiful. Staff was very nice and friendly., they let us check in four hours earlier, that was very nice of them.
O custo benefício é bom. Com ótima localização e bom café da manhã.
As paredes dos quartos são muito finas, ou seja, é muito barulhento até nos quartos.
O Resort é incrível. Superou muito minhas expectativas.
Os vendedores do My Mabu toda hora atrás da gente tentando convencer a participar de uma apresentação. Acabamos cedendo e perdemos tempo precioso de diversão.

Las piletas de agua termal salvaron nuestra estadía ya que nos tocaron días de frío que no esperábamos.

Todo el personal sumamente agradable y cordial
Faltó que nos pudieran asesorar como poder pagar con las distintas aplicaciones. Terminamos pagando con la tarjeta pero nos hubiese beneficiado pagar por la aplicación
Otra cosa fue que en videos que suben desde el hotel muestran que reciben a los niños con unos peluches y cuadernos para pintar, cosa que no sucedió en nuestro caso

A estrutura era excelente
A parte de alimentação deixou a desejar, você não podia entrar com comida no hotel, e até a água era cobrada. Pelo valor, mesmo sendo apenas pensão completa e não all inclusive, acredito que algumas bebidas poderiam fazer parte. Além disso, no momento da minha reserva não fui informado dos horários das refeições, e deixei de almoçar no dia do check-out por causa de conflitos com o horário do meu voo, senti que paguei por algo que não consumi. Restaurante também muito lotado, mesmo eles tendo um espaço ao lado que não foi utilizado
Las instalaciones son un 10: Las piscinas , restaurantes, bares, gimnasio, juegos para chicos ( tiene sala gamer, ping pong, pool, juegos tipo neverland)
Un poco de falta de mantenimiento en las habitaciones, supongo que es porque es la parte mas antigua ( mabu thermas)
La comida excelente!! Volvería mil veces!
