- Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. El area de las piscinas y la ubicación del hotel son muy buenas. Las instalaciones interiores están bien conservadas, sobretodo los jardines.
Las habitaciones necesitan renovación, no corresponden a un hotel 5 estrellas. Los baños son muy antiguos y los acabados muy desgastados. No hay enchufes cerca de las camas, tampoco luces de lectura.
El mejor lugar de la región en invierno sin lugar a dudas, gracias booking
La variedad de atracciones para niños, y los buffets también tenían mucha variedad,
El hostigamiento de los vendedores de membresía. Y la habitación tenía una luz en la noche del detector de humo, que no dejaba de titilar
La ubicacion, el lugar y las piletas son excelentes. Comida muy bien, pero considero que deberian variar las entradas, ya que solo habia fiambre de entrada o sopa. Las areas comunes exteriores son lindas
No me gusto que no varian las entradas en el buffet. Ademas que deberian proveer batas en invierno (considerando que es un 5 estrellas), ya que esta muy frio para meterse al agua, y cuando salis la toalla que te dan es poco. Las almohadas son muy altas, estan nuevas, pero demasiado altas. Al menos tener una y una para poder elegir entre alta y baja.

Instalación, ubicación perfecta, cerca de las atracciones turística, frente a shopping, el parque acuático.Los precios de los consumos en el hotel acordes. Super recomendado. Volveremos seguramente. Ideal para familia con niños, el hotel tiene de todo tipo de actividades algunas con pago extra.
En realidad todo muy bien, solo le daría mas temperatura a las piletas, fuimos en invierno y la gran mayoría estaba apenas tibia a directamente fría. Solo la que tiene el jacuzzi llegaba a 36 grados.
Si hermoso súper limpio todo con muchas actividades para los niños la comida de la mejor calidad y todos súper amables

Weather was not so hot. That’s why the termina pools was just perfect. We enjoyed the waterpark and the whole area was very green and beautiful. Staff was very nice and friendly., they let us check in four hours earlier, that was very nice of them.
