Pros:

The place itself just walking distance to local attractions.

Cons:

The air conditioner not sufficient cool the room. Hotand feel uncomfortable throughout night. Adding to that, my room facing main road and it still busy beyond midnight.

De personeel was behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijke mensen.

Cons:

Ik hebt een splinter nieuwe anwb koffer gewicht tester veeloren in de kamer,aangegeven , maar zij hebben het niks aangedaan,twrwijl ik juist op vertrek dag juist nodig hat.Toen gad ik een nieuwe gekocht in Tunjungan Plaza.
Dat was mijn tegengevalde ervaring. !!!

Shoddy hotel, broken ac, ineffective staff

Horrible condition, reno was skin deep, room falling apart with uneven floor, stray cables etc. Worst of all the AC failed and the manager just said it’s being fixed and tried to deliver a cake for service recovery (?) I could not sleep or keep my temper. Given 1 free night voucher but who would want to stay at such a hotel again???? Inna is supposed to be Indonesia’s state hotel company. What a disgrace!!
