Fantastic spot to stay everything close by
Pros:

Location is great very accessible to eating out and entertainment. Close to space for exercising and very clean. Breakfast was amazing alot of options available, friendly service

Cons:

We have stayed there before on darling harbour side and it was quite. Kent st side was noisy 17 floors up. It was an upgrade but the bedroom was very small. Can’t fit a side table on one side. Can barely walk around it. It was meant to be an upgrade but wasn’t worth it

Great stay, despite cot situation.
Cons:

The cot for the baby was unusable. Padding on the bottom was nonexistent so the baby would have been sleeping on a rock.

Pros:

We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 26th floor, it was massive, great views of darling harbour, very clean and everything you would need. Great location. Staff were great. Will definitely stay here again.

Pleasant accommodation in a convenient location.
Pros:

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to Darling Harbour and the city centre. The hotel was also lovely and quiet which was most welcome at the end of the day.

Breakfast on site was convenient and offered a good variety.

The staff were always very professional, friendly and helpful. Would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Très déçue du personnel de l’accueil qui est sensé donner l’image de l établissement !
Pros:

Les appartements sont vieillots mais fonctionnels.

Cons:

L’accueil, le personnel n’affichait jamais un sourire, non avenant. Notre dernier jour, pour le check out, je suis restée en face d’une hôtesse qui m’a complètement ignorée en continuant ses petites affaires. C’est un Monsieur qui semblait être un manager, qui est sorti d’un bureau et m’a demandé si on s’occupait de moi.
Un manque total de professionnalisme à cette hôtesse d’accueil !!
