Great value and perfect for a family
Pros:

Rooms were so much bigger than anticipated and very comfy!

Cons:

It says on the website there's a gym but theres not actually one on the property and its a 10 minute walk to the partner gym space. Only one lift was working during our stay, which meant waiting up to 20 minutes at one point just to get downstairs.

Lovely, calm and easy

Cleanliness. Place is tired and dirty furniture as you open the door is frankly shocking. First impression = dodgy. A lick of paint would do wonders to the studio, but overall, it is outdated and the dirty furniture is a big no no.

Good location but not worth the value paid

Location was good

Cons:

Cleanliness was not great and the breakfast was not what I would call. True buffet breakfast and it was never stocked well. Would have liked notification about one of the lifts not being operational and the work being done on it.

It was very good.
Pros:

Cons:

Only one elevator and that was slow. The constant sound of trickling water near the front door. Not being able to have cooked breakfast on one morning.

Close to everything with parking next door
Pros:

How close it was to everything. All the staff were very helpful and lovely!

Cons:

To be fair we were warned but the elevator was slow due to repairs. Only thing I would say was an issue.

Very convenient, happy with the property
Pros:

Very convenient location. Great room setup.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was that the room had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. If you’re going to have people smoking in rooms you should let other guests know
