No microwave in the room
The breakfast was very good but a bit pricey at $55 for 2. We didn't do that the 2nd morning.
No complimentary coffee in atrium.
Friendly staff. A bit expensive but couldn't get a better location...everything within walking distance.
Bit pricey
How close it was to Broadway! The staff and the cleanliness of the hotel.
There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like about it
Very clean.
The fact you had to pay for breakfast.
Close to concert hall, shops and bars
Nice
Location and amenities
I reserved a king suite with a bath tub, when I arrived (at 2pm) they said they only had a regular room with 2 beds….the two bed were basically no bigger than twin bed….there was no bath tub and the couch was torn up and old. We were supposed to get free breakfast while we were there and I got charged. I was also supposed to get a $50 room service credit….did not get. The elevators were not working correctly. They stopped at every floor going up and down….and we were on the 7th floor. It was so loud at night that we could not sleep…..and the toilet ran constantly ……ruined our whole trip and I’m very disappointed that I spent $1200 for 2 nights and it was the worst experience I have ever had. Business just don’t believe in customer service or having a quality product anymore. We spent a lot of money on this trip. I won’t ever stay there again or recommend anyone else does either.

We were lucky to get a room as the ice storm crippled our city with 250,000 power outages. Everyone was racing to find shelter with their pets and children. I’ve never seen so many dogs in a hotel.
We chose a room with a park view. We’ve stayed here many times and know that is the quiet side of the building, although Broadway was pretty much shut down so the noisy side was probably quiet too. I agree with the other reviewer, inside rooms are not a bad choice either.
Our room showed a lot of wear and tear. We haven’t stayed here in years and the furniture was in bad shape. Ripped couch, banged up wood and stains. Housekeepers were very hard to communicate with, most didn’t speak English. It is really time for a refurbishment, I think it’s been about 13 years. The bed was comfortable and we were nice and warm with internet and TV so we were happy.
We brought food from home and since we had a fridge we were able to have breakfast in our room. The club room had very limited offerings but was a nice place to sit and relax since we couldn’t go outside. And our favorite restaurant Il Mulino was right downstairs for dinner the four night we were there. All in all we were thankful we were able to get a room.
location was the best!
There was nothing I did not like. Very good stay. I highly recommend
Loved the location! Kitty was right beside the arena!
