Amazing stay great rooms great activities for breakfast, and dinner
Pros:

The whole Customer Service was phenomenal
Great breakfast and great dinner
Staff were very inviting and remembered my name every morning and departure
Ballet personnel were very tentative, but also very friendly to deal with

Overall I would consider staying at this residence for my future trips, especially future cruises.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and offered very informative information on food and activities in the area. The entire inside of the facility was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The towels that were replaced were less than what was originally in the room. The outside patio area was nice with shaded areas. There were however many ashtrays littered outside on all of the furniture and we couldn’t determine which area was actually designated for smoking.

My stay was excellent and I would highly recommended
Pros:

This property is excellent. Staff is professional and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable

Cons:

Every guest if different. Upon checking out a Gentleman cussed me out. Not sure what was going on with him but I reported it to staff
