The lobby.
The rooms were old looking and didn’t feel clean.
The staff was friendly and accommodating.
I was initially placed 8n a room that shouldn’t have been in service. There was a large portion of the ceiling when you walked in that was full of mold. I was moved to another room, on a different floor, had to move my own luggage, and was offered nothing in light of the situation.

The heat
The food and the interaction with the majority of the staff were absolutely incredible. The centralized location to my venue was exactly as desired.
The booking was misleading. The fact that I had to argue with hotel personnel concerning my breakfast was absolutely absurd. The inability of staff to be patient and listen to what a paying customer is trying to explain, and just be blown off like a vagabond was disgraceful.

I didn't agree with the parking attendant. I checked in the hotel on July 4. I did not use the valet parking garage service until July 05 around 1"o clock Sunday morning. I was charged for two days. I tried to explain this to the parking attendant, and I was told it was counted as two days. I disagree.
The pool and resturant. Room was very cozy and overlook the pool.
There was an awful smell coming off tge elevator for 2 days. It took a says for them to fix it.
Never got the room they said I canceled. But then said lady said they had another one available. Lady walked to the back we waited for a hr she never came back lied straight to our face
The customer service in the Garden could have been better.
Only thing I didn't like was the water pressure in the shower
