It was alright. Not great. Wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

It was close to the convention center. Where I spent most of my time while in Nola.

Cons:

Staff was unfriendly. Unhelpful during the stay. When booked breakfast was included, but when arrived on property was informed breakfast needed to be paid for on a day to day basis.

Wonderful! Very Clean! Great Location! If we are ever back in New Orleans I would stay here again!

Location was great! It was super clean and the staff was so nice.

Cons:

TV was kinda bad quality and not a lot of good channels. But that is my only complaint.

I would go again. The front desk staff were fine but not very friendly. I kind of felt like I was bothering them.

In the bathroom sink, the hot and cold water lines were installed backwards. When you wanted cold, it was hot and vice versa.

I will not be staying at this hotel again

was very disappointed that breakfast was not included

parking attendants seem rude we tipped them every day. we never got a Thank you.
also when I was checking out the front desk lady asked me if I had my card blocked. I told her no.
she told me my card was declined twice I told her how?! I just checked my card & the funds are there!
also the front desk clerk did not give me a receipt when I checked out & that caused a issue with the parking attendants.
they thought I didn't pay for parking. No one smiles no one greets you! When we checked in the front desk clerk had the phone receiver off the hook I asked her why she's not answering the phone. she said they call to ask dumb questions!

Not satisfied at all and will not stay there again plus false advertising
Pros:

Nothing plus no parking then said they would park my vehicle for an extra $53 a night on top of what I paid to stay the night and that wasn’t listed on the booking or I would not have booked with them

Cons:

Anything not to mention I wasn’t given the breakfast I was told I had to pay for it on top of what I paid to stay not to mention parking
