Stop charging for everything I paid 5$ for a 20oz sprite
Pros:

I don't think nothing of the breakfast because it wasn't free so I didn't eat it most hotels offer free breakfast

To be honest it's a nice facility but I feel like if you paid to stay the park should be free or not that high 55 dollars is to much also the breakfast wasn't free that's why I gave y'all a bad rate

I would stay at this location again.
Pros:

It was only 1 mile away from Canal Street, Amtrak, and Riverfront Shopping. I was able to walk to Bourbon Street as well. This location is close to a lot if local sites.

We didn’t and won’t go again

Cons:

Everything. Evidently it wasn’t their business time period so they were making any money off of us so we didn’t even deserve ice water. We had to pay $50 for one night of parking which of course negated any “savings” we would have had. They weren’t customer oriented unless the business those customers worked for were paying the tab.
