IF there had been hot water, it would have been grand.
Pros:

LOVED the location, the room was lovely, the people very friendly. We ordered room service and it was delivered fast and was hot upon arrival.

Cons:

The BIG BIG issue was no hot water during our stay ... and, all we got was an "I'm sorry".

I also didn't like that I didn't receive Hilton honor points and wasn't informed that before using Booking.com to make the reservation.

It's a nice place very welcoming
Pros:

well we were there for SMU move in and were gone all day Saturday from 8am - 5pm moving in and the cleaning people neglected to clean our room - do not disturb sign was not posted on our door - so that was upsetting

Cons:

They valet gave our keys to another car and we were stranded for hours at the hotel until they reached the other driver and got our keys back - it was rather inconvenient as we missed the goodby on the boulevard - they did comp our valet however. We are coming back for Family weekend so perhaps they can give us an upgrade if possible.

First impression was bad due to the check in process but everything else was good
Pros:

Clean and convenient location.
Staff was nice except the person that checked us in

Cons:

The front desk agent that checked us in.

He seems annoyed and not helpful regarding the parking situation and he would not even tell us our room number, instead said that it was written on the paper envelope surrounding the key. That was a bit strange!
He also double charged us for the first night of valet parking

Park Cities Hilton Never Disappoints!
Pros:

My stay at Park Cities Hilton was great! The rooms were super clean, staff were friendly, and Pascal was an awesome valet & had my car pulled down right as I was needing to leave in the morning! Highly recommend staying at Park Cities!!

Terrible, awful, stay anywhere else
Pros:

This hotel has gotten so bad it’s almost funny. Located in a good area, they have let the property completely fall apart. The rooms are filthy and outdated. The carpets are nasty and the bathrooms are gross. It’s shocking that Hilton hasn’t fixed this place. It now attracts the appropriate clientele. When I first stayed here 10 years ago it was a perfect hotel for business travel. Now it is full of idiots, playing music and screaming at each other through the walls and fighting in the halls at midnight. When you call the front desk someone who doesn’t speak English will answer and act confused. Do not stay at this hotel is you want to sleep. Do stay at this hotel if you like meth and crime and idiots. Do better Hilton. Tear it down, start again.

Highly recommend this place!!
Pros:

Wonderful stay from start to finish! The check-in experience set the tone—Stephen was absolutely fantastic. He went out of his way to get us an early check-in, which made a huge difference after traveling.

The rooms were spacious and spotless. The beds were especially comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The fitness center was well appointed, and we enjoyed having a fridge and safe in our room.

The location couldn’t be better—convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Staff are great!
Pros:

Overall good stay. Staff are really friendly, especially Amanda and Jesse. Rooms are generally comfortable and quiet. While I will say the pillows aren't very good (too soft) and the A/C is crazy, I'd stay here again.

Comfort and Front Desk Assist
Pros:

The Hilton Dallas/ Park Cities was comfortable for my business travel. Kabir at the front desk checked me it and later printed a last minute document I needed. I appreciate this "extra." I will definitely consider staying here again for another trip to the area!
