Pros:

Location and cleanliness

Cons:

Hotel was expensive didn’t like the fact that we had to pay for $35 for the parking when we were guest at the hotel and a breakfast should have been included instead of being surprised with the price of $19 when going to eat instead of being informed at check in

I loved that the location was right across the street for the reason we were visiting.

Cons:

It was too hard to park to check-in, and the parking wasn't free. I'd rather the price for a night of parking be included with the room total instead of paying a separate charge or be free for hotel guests already paying to stay there.

Shameful behavior
Pros:

We booked a room 8 months in advance so we could walk to the AC/DC concert. Four days before the concert, they canceled our reservation because they were overbooked. They weren’t overbooked when WE made our reservations, but because we were only staying there for one night, they chose to cancel our reservation. They moved us to a hostel across town, so rather than a five block walk, we will have to drive (probably an hour with the traffic of 80,000 people going to the concert), find a place to park, pay to park and not drink any alcohol at the rock concert. This company should be ashamed of the way they treat their customers…their loyal Hilton Honors customers that have been staying with this hotel chain for decades. Shame on you.

Complimentary Breakfast not available..( wasn't told this until food was fixed from the display and received a ticket) Luggage carriers were few and far between. Check in on the first day was Okay but the clerk could use some coaching on interpersonal skills and communication.
