Prices for add-ons do not match pricing on website. Might be genuine false advertising issues there. Things like parking or breakfast are significantly more expensive than nearby options, so they are over priced for the location. I requested late checkout and confirmed that twice with the hotel leading up to my stay and at check-in. Suddenly on that day it couldn't be accommodated (and again would have been more expensive than advertised). Room had random stains which seemed fairly old in several locations. Bathroom had water stains on ceiling and the toilet seat was so loose it was nearly off.

Nice clean room. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet road noise wasn't an issue.
I was charged twice for a room. I made the reservation on this app and when I got to the hotel they did not have it in their system. The woman at the desk didn't know what to do so I had to wait for her manager to show up. My instinct told me to walk but I waited, and waited for the manager to show up. I've used Booking.com exclusively for almost 10 years at this point, at hotels all around the world and have never encountered this type of problem. Oh the irony it's my home state where I run into this issue.
The room was fine. Only issue was the toilet clogged with minimal debris.
Check in at late night. Wake up in the morning found out the toilet bowl water valve was shut off. Turn it on to flush then going back to sleep. Wake up two hours later there was lots of water in bath room floor. If the room have problem like this it shouldn't be checking in.

Towed from the parking deck by a horrible man that charged us $580 cash said that if we used a credit card it would be $720. He was mean and threatening and knew he knew he towed a high school kid. It was completely unsafe. We were parked IN THE HOTEL PARKING DECK, no one said when we checked in and paid the $35 to park and gave the make, model and color of the car that we could not park on any floor. THERE WAS BLOOD ON THE SHEETS WHEN WE PULLED THE COMFORTER BACK AND NO ONE DID A THING WHEN I REPORTED IT.
Something is REALLY wrong and unethical business practices at this hotel.
Hilton has reached out the manager with me on the line several times and I have left my information for the manager to call me back and it has yet to happen and it has been a week.
I wish I had called the police right when I found out the car had been towed from the hotel. I was with 3 teenage girls and we had to uber to a scary part of town and wait for TIP TOW TOWING and the horrible owner to come and take our $580 so we could get home.
HORRIBLE.
