Ein schönes Hotel in guter Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr schön, gute Anbindung an die Metro. Der bewachte Parkplatz war komfortabel.

Cons:

Manchmal war der Frühstücksraum nicht ganz sauber, weil es wenig Servicepersonal gab. Besonders wenn viele Hotelgäste gleichzeitig gefrühstückt haben.

המלון נוח, נקי, חדרים טובים, ארוחת בקר טעימה. מסעדת המלון בערב טעימה מאוד במחירים סבירים. שודרגנו למיני סוויטה והיה נחמד. אנחנו מתארחים בו בכל פעם שמגיעים ותמיד מזמינים חדר גדול. הצוות אדיב ושירותי מאוד.ֶאין טענות
משום מה לא מציעים יותר עוגיות לקבלת פנים…

Far below expectations for 4 star Europe Hilton
Pros:

The city, but that's not because of a hotel

Cons:

The coffee machine is not working during breakfast, no replacement for 6 days. You can order from the staff, but that's not a buffet breakfast.
Breakfast starts at 7:00 which is too late for most business trips. Food variety is quite low.
No heating, with 12 °C outside during the night, mid-October.
Windows can't be fully opened, no separate air intake
Shower doors leakage, no floor water drain, no flip-flaps, no cotton sticks.
3 EUR for a water bottle in the room, only decaf coffee in the room

Stay paid fully in advance, but 50 EUR is reserved during the stay for "potential additional costs", which is a disrespect to the guest. As said, far below expectations, I would not stay again if I come to Brescia.

Prezzo e zona vantaggiosi. Assegnazione camera non piacevole e corretta. Personale gentile e disponibile.
Pros:

La posizione era deliziosa. Tranquilla e ben servita da Metro.

Cons:

Inizialmente ci è stata assegnata la camera per disabili senza averla richiesta. Avevamo accettato la proposta di Booking di aggiungere 9€ per avere una camera per 2 persone più confortevole. Il personale ci ha fornito subito una nuova soluzione. Il phono a disposizione non utilizzabile perché privo di adattatore/presa.

Carino, ma mi aspettavo di più
Pros:

Complessivamente carino, molto comodo ed elegante ma mi aspettavo molto di più. I letti sono comodissimi e la stanza è moderna e fornita di tutto.

Cons:

La colazione è molto varia ma non ha rispecchiato le mie aspettative, abbiamo trovato anche un capello in una tazzina: sono cose che succedono tuttavia non è un posto in cui tornerei anche per la scomodità della posizione. La profumazione dei saponi è orribile.
