Pros:

Location and room and view. I have special memories of dining in this hotel when I lived in Singapore. It was a joy to be back. A special shout out to the cleaner of our room who found something important we left the day we departed.

Splendour in Singapore!!
Pros:

This hotel never fails to impress. Beautifully appointed spacious room with all amenities provided. Breakfast bar goes for miles. Treats by the pool each day were wonderful. Would highly recommend the free Monuments tour booked through the Concierge Desk. Definitely somewhere we’d stay again.

荷物を屋外に置かれたままになりました！要注意です

歴史あるクラシカルなホテルで雰囲気が最高に素敵です。朝食も美味しかったのと誕生日であることを予約時に伝えて置いたらケーキを部屋にもってきてくださり嬉しかったです、プールも最高でした

朝、荷物を預けに行ったら入口にいたスタッフに中で預かると言われて信用して預けていたのに・・チェックイン時に戻ってきたらまさかの！暑い屋外、外に置き去りにされたままでした・・。盗まれたらどうホテルは責任をとるつもりだったのでしょうか？フラトンホテルのような格の高いホテルでのラゲッジ管理にはありえないことだと思いました。また、フロントの接客も今一つでしたが途中で日本語が少しわかるスタッフにチェンジしてくれたのでとても助かりました

No se puede poner pegas a este hotel. Merece la pena pagar el suplemento de vistas a la marina. Quedarse en marina bay es un error aqui te tratan como un señor y tienes todo súper cerca. No es barato pero da lo que pagas. La foto es desde el balcón de la habitación

Hotel refusing to refund me as agreed

The Fullerton Hotel Singapore is refusing to refund me as they undertook to in July. I was advised I would be refunded 30% of my total bill in response to the hotel placing me in a room next to a working kitchen and me needing to move rooms in the middle of the night to be able to sleep.

I am owed 30% of my total bill and they have only refunded me 15%. My trip was in July. I have followed up several times and out of desperation am now leaving this review of my ongoing poor experience.

This hotel is nowhere close to a five star experience unfortunately - I should never have required the refund in the first place. I would not recommend spending your money here which is such a shame after all the good reviews I read before booking.

An Excellent Stay in a Beautiful and Perfectly Located Hotel
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore. The hotel enjoys a truly privileged location, right in the heart of Marina Bay and within easy walking distance of many of Singapore’s main attractions. It was an ideal base from which to explore the city.

Our room was spacious, very comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the overall standard of service throughout the hotel was excellent. The staff were consistently professional, attentive and welcoming.

The breakfast was also excellent, offering a very good selection of high-quality products and providing a perfect start to the day.

One of the particular pleasures of our stay was the swimming pool. After spending the day exploring Singapore, returning to the hotel and relaxing by the pool in the late afternoon was absolutely delightful. The setting, atmosphere and views made it a wonderfully peaceful place to unwind.

We would, however, like to give a very special mention to Jade Restaurant, which was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our stay. Both the quality of the food and the standard of service were truly exceptional. The dishes were beautifully prepared and presented, and the service was attentive, refined and highly professional throughout the entire meal. It was an outstanding dining experience and fully deserving of the reputation of a hotel of this calibre.

Overall, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore provided us with a wonderful five-star experience, combining an exceptional location, comfortable accommodation, excellent facilities and consistently high-quality service.

A hotel we would happily return to, and Jade Restaurant is an experience we would particularly recommend.
