The Fullerton Hotel Singapore

Affected by noise, however, I was out most of the time though I’d appreciate notification in advance. I was assisted by an older short Chinese lady wearing glasses and darker jacket (different from other receptionist) curt and rude, she was the only available receptionist as all others were occupied and it took her two minutes to realise I was there.

Separately I appreciate that there were bits and pieces of history facts being scattered around. Attached an example, it was interesting to read

Served the purpose which was in the heart of the city and where I had to attend an event. Service was extremely good and room service on point. Spa excellent.

I visited the National Day Bazaar at The Courtyard at The Fullerton Hotel, as part of the hotel's festivities in celebrating the Nation's birthday.
It was very well organised, with plenty of local games, snacks, and drinks, for hotel guests to experience and enjoy. We could learn more about Singapore's history and culture through the various activities. I was pleasantly welcomed by the Guest Relations Team, Ms Maria, Ms Connie and Ms Kaylis. The ladies were very welcoming and was sharing more about the activities with me. I particularly liked the temporary tattoos and the bracelet activity. I saw other guests also very excited to try out the activities and play the local games. Thank you ladies, for making me feel so at home here.

**A Perfect Ending to Our Singapore Trip**

We stayed at The Fullerton Singapore for the final two nights of our trip, and it turned what could have been a lackluster end to our holiday into a genuinely memorable one.

**Facilities and Cleanliness**
The hotel itself is stunning — the grand colonial architecture paired with immaculate, modern interiors makes for a really special stay. Every space we encountered, from the lobby to our room to the pool area, was spotless. Little details like fresh linens, sparkling bathrooms, and well-maintained common areas made a real difference to how relaxed we felt.

**Location**
You genuinely can't beat the location. Right on the Singapore River, walking distance to Marina Bay, Merlion Park, and the CBD, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It felt central without being chaotic — a peaceful base to explore from.

**Customer Service**
This is where The Fullerton truly stood out. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, without ever feeling intrusive. Requests were handled promptly and with a smile.

**Why It Mattered So Much**
We'd actually spent the first part of our trip at another hotel in Singapore where both the cleanliness and customer service left a lot to be desired, so arriving at The Fullerton was a huge relief. The contrast was night and day, and it reminded us what a difference a good hotel makes. Thanks to our stay here, we left Singapore feeling grateful and were able to properly enjoy our last couple of days rather than counting down the hours.

We'd wholeheartedly recommend The Fullerton Singapore to anyone visiting the city — and next time, we'd stay here for the whole trip.

Very nice hotel. With a uh good gift shop with lots of different types or tees. And the room was good it had two floors.

Great place and location, staff very friendly. We have stayed there five times, what more can we say. Go and stay you will not regret it.

It was my second time visiting Sinagpore and we decided to stay at the Fullerton Hotel and I'm so happy I choose this hotel. The service was on point and the staff members were so friendly. Especially Ryan and all the other staffs from the Club Lounge were so kind and celebrated my birthday like I was part of the crew. It was an unforgettable memory and I'm looking forward on my next visit to Singapore. Again, thanks for celebrating my birthday and love you all. Peace out.
