Check in and Check out was easy
The air conditioner in our room was really loud, it sounded as if it was on its last leg. So it was hard to sleep that night.
The bed was comfortable, the coffee good
Noisy, no inventory to feed people when advertising you don't have to leave. No hairdryer.
I love the area! Close to shops and restaurants. The best part is how close the hotel is to the Red Rock Amphitheater, quick 10-15 minute drive.
The room we had, from what I could tell, the only room with the small balcony. There was no furniture for us to enjoy the balcony, it was too small to have furniture. If I stood sideways on the balcony I was shoulder to shoulder with the building and railing. It was very disappointing since the reason I booked the hotel was because of the balcony space.
Room darkening curtains excellent.
Room a little small. TV issues.
Can't write more as I booked this room for my wife's cousin and his wife. But they had a very nice stay.
Didn't have breakfast. The location was great. Easy to get on 6th Ave and Highway 70. The room was comfortable but the light switches in the bathroom drove us crazy. Just put a regular on and off switch. Also my wire loves coffee, I don't drink it but the coffee in the room wasn't very good. Very weak. My wife went downstairs to the Starbucks to get coffee. I like the gym facility but they could check to see if there are towels and water cups. The Front Staff was Great. Michael really helped to clear up a problem. He was on top on the situation.
Really not any great things. I mentioned in the paragraph above about the light switches in the bathroom, the lack of real coffee in the rooms and the need to check to make sure there are towels and water cups. Nothing else.
Location and the staff and clean
Na
No working remote for TV. No fresh coffee
We stayed here for one night to attend a concert at Red Rocks. This location was an easy 15 minute commute to the amphitheater. The gentleman who checked us in at the hotel was very knowledgeable about the area and Red Rocks dos and don'ts. This is a typical Courtyard hotel: Bistro for breakfast, standard room, fitness center. Pool access at the Residence Inn next door (you can walk). The room and beds were quite comfy - blackout drapes, good water pressure, quiet. The Bistro had very limited gluten free options, so if you have Celiac, bring some back up food. There is a little marketplace with community microwave you can use. I'd stay here again the next time I'm going to Red Rocks.
We were in the area for some concerts at Red Rocks Amphitheater and we decided to try this hotel instead of the closest resort primarily because it was still close but much less expensive. It’s also a Marriott property and we always find those to be good.
We arrived before check-in was available and the receptionist who greeted us, Michael, was very welcoming and helpful. He recommended a wonderful restaurant in Golden where we could go have lunch and walk around the town while our room was being prepared. It was exactly what we needed. Throughout our entire stay, he continued to be helpful and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the area. He is an asset to the hotel.
The breakfast each morning was excellent and the team who served and prepared it (Pia, Alex, etc.) was outstanding.
Didn’t like paying for parking, especially as the hotel had its own lot and it was in a rural area, but the breakfast and service were so good that it was worth it.
The beds were very comfortable and clean. The 4 of us each had enough space where we weren’t tripping over each other and we slept well. We were near the elevators so it could be a little noisy, but nothing was out of control.
Housekeeping was efficient and the employees were friendly. They clean every other day and were fine with us asking for extra clean towels.
We will definitely stay here again if we get back to that area.

Near Red Rocks amp
It's a decent hotel. The room and site were comfortable.
I can't really pick on anything. We didn't feel anything particularly special when staying here. It was comfortable and within a few miles of Golden.
It was ok. Check in was smooth. Only there for one night.
No pool.
Convenient location. Great staff!
Some road noise.
Overall the room was clean and location worked for my needs. However I was charged a hidden fee of $8 for parking! Also the desk lamp on the microwave did not work even after trying a different outlet. The outlets on the surface of one end table was so loose I felt it could be a hazard due to loose plug connections. And by the way the room AC was fixed at 72F with no way to make the room cooler other than opening the balcony door. I really hate hidden fees!
I really liked the area.
I didn't like that housekeeping came knocking at the door early
