Above satisfactory. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy especially with reservations.
Pros:

The location was perfect and the service was excellent.

Cons:

The view from my room was blocked by a pine tree. There was no hairdryer or refrigerator which would have come in handy

Worked out perfectly
Pros:

It was amazing!! We had coffee, breakfast sandwich, and French toast with strawberries. 10 out of 10. The girl at the register and the girl serving were both so pleasant.

Great all-round hotel for the location and price
Pros:

Lovely large room, comfortable beds, helpful staff, nice quiet stay!

Cons:

Room was quite dark which was great at night but we needed lights on during the day. Not a massive issue as we were out most of the day anyway

Pleasant and quiet stay close to red rocks.
Pros:

Great location and wonderful staff

Cons:

Small issue with the room I had reserved not being the one I received keys for but the manager and staff was quick to find a solution.

Pros:

AMC movie, sightseeing and lots of restaurants

Cons:

Road,and streets not salted for safe driving in the snow and they said online this was a smoking room and it was a no smoking hotel period.
