I really enjoyed the breakfast that was available
Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel allowed us to park for free.
Everything was good.
I liked that it was well kept, and that it was right around the rosemont area.
For the price i paid, the king suite was incredibly small. Also a few things were NOT as advertised on the site. First, the suite did NOT appear to have a pull out couch, next the parking was not free and was incredibly expensive, and there was no bar (at the time).
The location near the airport. Easy access. A very nice little Italian restaurant (Spuntino) right across the street (note there isn't a crosswalk and the street is busy). Parking is free for visitors but not anyone staying in the hotel (I asked about this at the desk). Desk staff were friendly and helpful. When we arrived the King bed they gave us was a suite designed for handicapped access. When we discovered this we queried the front desk and they said not to worry as all handicapped guests had their rooms. I am left to wonder if this was because we booked through an App instead of directly (we didn't ask for a handicapped room). This room was specifically designed for wheelchair access. Interestingly there was not a sink in the bathroom.
I didn't notice that parking wasn't free ($33 for one night) when I booked. Get a breakfast somewhere else. There is free coffee, but the dining area and the food made me think I was in a hostel instead of a Marriott. I would stay here again but if renting a car I would either return the car a day early and use the shuttle to the hotel (or if arriving late use the shuttle and collect the rental car the next day) in order to avoid the parking fees.
Clean, comfortable. Close to everything
Only drawback was getting in and out of parking lot
Clean, good breakfast, nice staff
Had booked a handicap accessible room, but they had all been given away. Offered to put us on waiting list, but it wasn't that big of a deal so we took a regular room.
Old. 25 minutes to check in
1 but would give it a zero
0 stars. Would not stay here again. We booked the park sleep and fly package at SpringHill Suites Chicago O’Hare and had a terrible experience. After returning to Chicago O’Hare, we waited over an hour to be picked up from the airport. The hotel advertises 24-hour shuttle drivers, but Bobby, the supervisor, told us there was a shift change and the pickup was never relayed to the next driver, leaving us stranded at the airport for over an hour.
To make matters worse, I called numerous times and no one answered the phone. Being unable to reach anyone while stuck at the airport was beyond frustrating. Poor communication, poor customer service, and completely unacceptable for a hotel offering airport shuttle service. We will not be staying here again.
No free parking no restaurant
Close to the airport. Clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
The sink is outside the bathroom which is weird. It’s also weird that there’s no housekeeping on weekends. The breakfast was ok.
Michelle was nothing but the best. Her hospitality is something that cannot be learned. She assisted my friend and I with rebooking for an extra night and not only did we get the exact same room layout, she booked us on the same floor near the laundry machines. She was nothing but humorous, polite and helpful. It was like I was conversing with a long time friend. One of the greatest assists to the team.
They didn’t have to, but they did.
I arrived from an early flight hoping to find a corner to get some work done. But, Michelle and Magda found a room for me and then suggested that I first grab some breakfast . I felt that they really cared for travelers. Well done.
Upon arrival, we were told our reservations were cancelled. The hotel was no help and the staff rude.
Very disappointed in not being able to use the pool... main reason we chose this hotel
