Pros:

The room was nice, spacious and comfortable and it was a good location right across from spontino's pizzeria which is yummy

Cons:

There was a service animal disclosure because we are blind in the group and they said that the housekeeper is deathly allergic so our room did not receive any housekeeping services

El hotel en sí es muy acogedor, todo el personal es muy amable y servicial. Las habitaciones confortables y limpias y con todo lo necesario. Me encantó que tuviera cafetera, horno microondas y un pequeño lavaplatos

Cons:

El alojamiento contaba con servicio de transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Hoy el señor que nos recogió en el hotel para llevarnos al ORD fue muy grosero porque nos demoramos 1 minuto en subir a la van, condujo re-mal, rápido sin necesidad y exigió propina al llegar a T5. Se molestó y salió vociferando quién sabe qué porque decidimos no darle nada por incongruente con todo lo demás del hotel

Pros:

Hotel facilities - exceeded our expectations. Bigger than usual room was a bonus. Very decent breakfast. Overall, very good value for money. Public transport - bus at the door, 0.7 mile by foot to the Cumberland blue line train station. We loved Mariano's Supermarket - had everything we needed including hot food options. The grocery is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel (1 way) and is also along the way from/to the hotel if you're going to/coming from the station.

Cons:

We stayed for a week and made contact with a few front desk people. The best of all of them was Reagyan Brown who was also appropriately dressed for the job. The rest of the staff - they need upskilling in frontline management.

Si estás buscando hotel para maratón Chicago no lo

Excelente ubicación, desayuno y traslados al
Aeropuerto gratis …. Si vas a correr la maratón de Chicago no dudes en alojarte allí , excelente precio y a 10 minutos caminando de la línea azul del tren que te deja en la salida de la carrera en un trayecto de 40 minutos

Las habitaciones pueden ser un poco pequeñas , pero no es nada grave
