the staff was super nice and helpful. we were able to check in hours early.. and they held our bags when we had a later flight so we can continue to explore the city
the only thing I didn't like was that my room was constantly damp.

There was a party with karaoke next to our room, so we were unable to sleep with the noise. The staff tried to move our room, but when we were given the new keys, we tried to enter the new room and it was already occupied. The people in the room chased us down the hall and we feared for our safety. The staff had to relocate us several more times. We found out in the room that they did not update our new room in the system and had assigned someone else to our room, so the same thing could have happened to us.

Nu a fost zgomotoasă deși hotelul este foarte tranzitat.
Patul foarte confortabil, atât salteaua cat și pernele.
Din lobby se putea lua cafea și apa toata ziua, puteai lua de la micul dejun și câteva chestii to go, am văzut persoane care făceau asta - fructe, cafea.
Micul dejun - am stat 7 zile și micul dejun a fost acelasi în fiecare dimineață, exceptând 2 zile de weekend când noi ne-am putut face waffles singuri. În rest, destul de sărăcăcios- omleta, niște cartofi obosiți, chiftele de burgeri și intr o zi am avut Bacon în loc de acestea. Ovaz cu câteva toppinguri, 2 tipuri de fructe, cereale cu lapte și iaurt.
Nu ne-a interesat, însă poate e de ajutor cuiva - în camera exista și cuptor cu microunde plus o mica chicineta as spune, însă e total inutilizabile, neexistând nici măcar un tacâm.

La ubicación me dificultó tomar el tren blue line a diario. El shuttle no se para en la parada cumberland del CTA. Tengo que ir al ORD cada vez, para tomar el CTA y regresar, o caminar 17 minutos bajo el sol en calles no pensadas para peatones con niños. Contaba con un autobús PACE que dice google maps que pasa frente al hotel, al intentarlo nunca pasó. Parece que esta línea fue deshabilitada. Si este shuttle ddl hotel hiciera escala en cumberland, al precio que lo conseguí (us136 x noche x 2 adultosy 2 niños) le diera 5 estrellas ya que el desayuno, servicio y calidad de habitación lo vale.

Rooms are very outdated. Expected things to be more up-to-date for the price. Breakfast area could be organized to flow better.
The proximity of the airport and the shuttle bus. The rooms were spacious. Good for an airport overnight. That's it.
No water in the room. Terrible breakfast, maybe standard locally but terrible for a European. I would welcome fresh rolls or croissants, some cheese or vegetables.

Nice stuff
Our flight out of O'Hare got delayed, so we needed a place to stay overnight. I was able to book a room here as we walked to baggage claim, super convenient. The shuttle wasn't fancy, but got us from the airport to the hotel for no additional charge. The breakfast buffet was decent, the pool seemed to be clean, the hotel seems to be in a safe neighborhood - I walked to the nearby Walgreens twice. Unfortunately, the hotel was wildly humid, I'm guessing because of the storms that delayed our flight. The couch was damp, our towels were damp, the carpet was damp. The room didn't smell musty, so I figure it wasn't always like this.
