Para los athleticzales una ubicación bárbara, justo enfrente de San Mamés.
La habitación amplia y cómoda. Las camas de 10. Tienen cafetera tipo nespresso.
El personal muy amable y atento.
Prefiero plato de ducha que bañera.

The room was very noisy; we could hear our neighbors talking through the walls. The breakfast was acceptable, but it was not the best breakfast during our trip to Spain.

Hotel jest wspaniały, bardzo miła obsługa, pokoje są czyste, łóżka bardzo wygodne, przestronna łazienka, dobre wyposażenie i świetnie działająca klimatyzacja. Śniadania są pyszne, jest wszystko, czego potrzeba. W trakcie mistrzostw świata była też możliwość oglądania meczów w hotelowym lobby, bardzo fajna opcja. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko metro i tramwaj, hotel kilka metrów od słynnego San Mamés. Blisko są również sklepy. Polecam z całego serca, na pewno wrócę, gdy będę w Bilbao! Eskerrik asko!

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days and were very pleased with everything. It was clean, comfortable, and close to the center. I would especially like to mention that all the staff at the reception were very polite and friendly. Thank you.
