Un bel hôtel.
Pros:

Très bel hôtel. La chambre était immense avec vue sur le canal. Petit-déjeuner gargantuesque !
Stationnement facile pour les motos.
Le centre ville est tout proche à pied.

Una experiencia lamentable

La ubicación del restaurante del desayuno, cristalera frente al río

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación con baño adaptado a movilidad reducida, sin plato de ducha, todo se encharcaba al ducharnos, vater demasiado alto y lavado diminuto a una altura bajísima, muy incómodo si no tienes movilidad reducida. No nos dieron opción de cambiar porque el hotel estaba lleno ni nos dieron alternativa. La experiencia fue lamentable. Además la ventana no cerraba bien y tenía ruido.
Que no nos pidan disculpas ahora, que nos hubieran dado una solución en el momento porque estamos seguros que algo habrían podido hacer.

Purtroppo i parcheggi adiacenti all'albergo sono davvero molto pochi, abbiamo parcheggiato un po' distante ma a una cifra onesta.

The room (116) was noisy - just above the kitchen with a noisy extractor fan. The lady who checked us in was very helpful but the man who checked us out was less so

Exceptional service from staff and charming location
Pros:

The desk clerk, Arthur, was very helpful with reserving handicap parking for my mother’s car in front of hotel. He came out when he saw us arrive back to move the reservation cone.
All the staff were very warm and helpful.
Our room had a river view which was charming. Lovely quiet hotel close to town.
