Beautiful location 20 minutes outside of Charleston. Clean room
The breakfast was fantastic, the staff was exceptional and the facilities were perfect!!!!

The front desk staff were very kind and prompt. The breakfast was great. I really like the location as we weren't too far away from the activities that we planned to do nor the beaches. The pool and grill area were very convenient. Then the outside sitting area was a nice space to relax at night.

This booking was a disaster from start to finish!!!!
After a very long car ride (6 hours) to attend a family gathering this destination Hilton Home2Suites did not have my confirmed room, which I booked well in advance. I was suppose to have a Corner Room King Suite for my (2) day stay. This was a HUGE disappointment. There was some sort of kid baseball tournament going on, so I presume a family got our reserved room. The staff put the entire blame on Booking.com fault. I have never had this happen with Booking.com even in much finer establishments, where my confirmed reservation was a stated and ready for us upon our arrival. I was assigned another room instead. I said, "I hope this isn't near the elevator, or ice machine". It was. They changed us to another room, yet again. The second room wasn't quite ready from the previous guests and it was apparent. This room was down the end of the hallway, next to some utility room that was noisy & loud all night long. This was the worst booking, and we paid a premium to stay close to our family gathering. The check out was even worse! The hotel personal could not locate us and when she did, she had an extra night tagged on. More time spent correcting another error. The departure was just as upsetting as the arrival.

We did not get the room that we reserved. We reserved a king suite and received a room with two queen beds. When the staff was asked about this they said that's all that was available. This reservation was made months ago and we should have had the room that we reserved.
We stayed four nights. Our room was cleaned after the first, but, not after the second or third. So, on the 3rd Day I stopped at the front desk to request that the room be cleaned. It was not done until I returned after dinner at approximately 7:00 p.m. So, I was inconvenienced while the staff cleaned the room. Not what I would expect from a hotel where I'm paying approximately $500 a night.
