Very nice, but shower can use an upgrade
Pros:

Location is phenomenal, staff too, love their breakfast

Cons:

The bathroom, needed an upgrade on the shower, the phones weren’t working and we let them know, they were supposed to send someone but never did, we had to ask fue more towels because one of them was dirty, for the price we were paying I expected more

Estadía estratégica para visita corta (3 a 4 días), habitación confortable y personal atento.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, accesibilidad caminando a los principales atractivos turísticos para una estadía corta.
La respuesta del personal ante la solicitudes, pudimos recuperar un objeto perdido de mi hija gracias al compromiso y amabilidad de los empleados del servicio del desayuno
La piscina cubierta, habilitada hasta las 10pm, es un excelente complemento para cerrar el día en forma relajada.

Cons:

Llegamos y la habitación estaba confortable y con un mensaje de bienvenida en la TV, pero el frigobar estaba roto. No habia ni agua disponible en el cuarto, si bien dejaron para preparar te y café.
Se saltaron la limpieza de la habitación el penúltimo día.
La variedad de comidas del bar del lobby es pobre en relación a la jerarquia del complejo.
Las habitaciones de los pisos inferiores (sexto en mi caso) son muy ruidosas, se escucha toda la preparación del patio central para el desayuno.

No geral bom.
Pros:

Bem localizado com café da manhã bom para o padrão americano com variedades de itens e frutas. Funcionários atenciosos e quarto muito espaçoso.

Cons:

Receber no check in voucher de drinks e comidas para usar como se fosse um bônus e descobrir no final que não foi bônus e vc pagou por cada item consumido. Toalhas banheiro muito puídas e esgarçando. O Duvet- cobertor estava sujo no dia do check in. Banheira muito velha e manchada.
