Amazing location with friendly staff and comfy accommodations!
Pros:

Location was amazing. Rooms were very clean. Super friendly staff.

Cons:

Wish they had some non pork options for breakfast meats.

Great location. Value for money.
Pros:

Absolutaly perfect location for a stay in Chicago city. Great views. Walking distance to Magnificent Mile, River Cruise and the Pier. Busses or taxis readily available outside the hotel to take you anywhere else. Rooms a good size for a family or group. 2 double beds in one room and sofa bed in seperate living area. Great options for breakfast. Pool for the kids. Evening snack and drinks provided. Staff friendly. Use reception to book local taxis for you as often cheaper at peak times than through apps.

Cons:

All bar 1 lift broke on our stay which meant long wait at times, but we were accommodated with a room change on lower floor immediately when we asked. Noisy guests allowed to run around the halls at night - staff monitoring and intervention could be improved here.

We got Embassy Suites service in a non embassy suite room.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly.
The breakfast was excellent

Cons:

The room was not clean, the ac was not working properly and it was over 90 degrees outside. The carpet felt sticky and gross when walking on it.

I have stayed there before property is fine

Cons:

What I did not like is that the elevator was broken and there was only one elevator to get to your room and there was a lot of people waiting for elevator to arrive up or down

We had a very nice stay
Pros:

We loved the location. Breakfast was great. The room was good other the mold in the tub, kind of a sludge that didn’t wipe out with a cloth. We sort of took bird baths standing on a towel by the sink.

Cons:

The cleaners should have noticed the dirty tub.
We had a lot of trouble with Uber getting to the hotel. That is no fault of the hotel but worth mentioning.

Cons:

House keeping. Housekeeping half cleaned the rooms. Had to ask for them to vacuum and more towels. Just don’t clean the rooms every day if they are going to be half clean. Just offer towels

Nice but for the price I think they have to fix elevators asap!!
Pros:

Breakfast is really good, rooms are clean, everyone is really nice.

Cons:

Elevators but I think they are working on it. Only 2 elevators for all the rooms in the property.

Beautiful view with service to match and lots of room with delicious room service !
Pros:

The staff was amazing especially Yaritza and Madeline! Kind, warm and knowledgeable hospitality that made us plan another trip back soon!

Cons:

The bathrooms need updating especially the shower/tub tiles. Toilets need upgrading as well.

Pros:

Location was great, front desk staff was great, check in and out. Size of room works for a family of 4 (young children).

Cons:

Housekeeping could of been better. Room condition - could use a few repairs.
