Excelente hotel, buena atención, excelente atención del personal
Pros:

Lindo hotel para ir en familia. El desayuno completo, con mucha variedad. También te dejaban snacks, agua y gaseosas en la habitación que estaban incluidos. A las tardes ponían un snack de quesos en la zona del desayuno. Muy bueno. El personal muy cordial, te ayudaba en lo q necesites

Es un hotel muy grande donde van muchas familias, así q es bullicioso, pero a nosotros no nos molestaba

The temperature in room very cold, pillows on bed flat, not enough tissue in bathroom 🙃 no extra covers and the one on Queen bed was very thin...Value not worth the cost & parking cost ridiculous

Pros:

Loved everything about this hotel. Great location, walking distance to Navy Pier and Mellinium park, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was very good. Complentary Happy hour .
We had a suite, very comfortable.
Would definitely stay again.

Hotel near River Walk
Pros:

The hotel has a very good location if you need to go for tourism or the main business area of Chicago. The breakfast is very simple and typical of other American hotels, however, for a Hilton, I expected more.

Cons:

The need to use two different elevators to get to the room. First you go from the main entrance to the lobby, then you walk and get a second elevator to the room area. A bit strange.
