Clean and comfy
Quiet, clean, pleasant staff
Beds were small. Like super small.
The location and quiet were exceptional. I travel to the area when I am in the US and would absolutely stay here again. It was enough room that my husband and I could stay in the smallest suite easily.
The prices in the convenience store were exhorbitant. I live in an incredibly expensive country and even I was shocked! This is nitpicky, however, as there are plenty of grocery stores nearby.

We visited with a family of 6 and 1 pet. Staff was friendly, suites were sizeable, beds comfortable. pool was great.
It was comfortable and I liked the proximity to Canobie Lake Park. Also the black out curtains were amazing if you like to sleep in a little.
During our stay we were interrupted a few times by workers (non hotel employees) wanting to come in our rooms and change the sprinkler system. I expect privacy if I'm staying in a hotel.

There was good space in the room
We had a bad experience when steam from a regular shower set off the fire alarm on our room. There's apparently no exhaust fan in the bathroom or maybe the alarms are too sensitive, but regardless the person at the desk should have turned off the alarm once it was determined to be a nuisance. Unfortunately, that's not what happened. The alarm kept going off for nearly 45 minutes despite me going to ask the man to turn off the alarm multiple times. Apparently he had no idea what he was doing, so he ended up calling the fire department to come out! Meanwhile, other guests are coming out of their rooms concerned to see if there's an actual emergency. I couldn't believe how badly the situation was handled. We have stayed in another Sonesta and had a good experience, but this one was not good. They were not able to comp the price of the room due to using a third party booking service, adding insult to injury.
