מלון נהדר- בעיקר למבוגרים
Pros:

ניקיון, שירות, אדיבות, מיקום, אוכל מצויין, פינוקים, תחושת יוקרה ומקצועיות.. היענות מיידית לצרכים שעולים. בריכות יפות.

Cons:

לא אהבנו שאין כלל פעילויות לילדים, אין פעילויות צוות בידור בבריכה
על הצוות בידור/ הופעות שמענו שהיה בערבים רק ביום האחרון וגם לא במלון שלנו בכלל אלא במלון ליד ( רויאל גרדן)
חדר הילדים דיי משעמם מתאים לקטנטנים בעיקר וממצה עצמו מהר.
העובדה שאנשים השוהים בחדרים יכולים לפתוח ולראות מישהו בשירותים או באמבטיה היא קצת הזויה !!! לא אהבנו בכלל. יש לנו ילדים שפותחים וסוגרים והיינו עם משפחה מורחבת לפעמים בחדר- לא נעים חוסר הפרטיות הזאת
העובדה שאין הגשת קפה/ הפוך וכו לשולחנות בארוחת הבוקר וצריך לעמוד בתור לקפה (שזה דבר דיי בסיסי בבוקר) לא מותאמת למלון יוקרה ברמת המלון הזה. בהשוואה להרבה מלונות בהם ביקרנו. קצת מאכזב.

כבר כשהגעתי לקבלה לצ’ק אין הייתה לי בעיה לא פשוטה, ואלה פשוט לא ויתרה עד שמצאה פתרון ודאגה שאצא מרוצה. השירות שלה היה מדהים, עם המון סבלנות, אכפתיות וחיוך.
מעבר לזה, כל השירות במלון היה ברמה הגבוהה ביותר – החדרים היו נקיים ומפנקים, חדר האוכל היה מצוין, הבריכה הייתה נהדרת ונקייה !!
לא נהניתי מחופשה ככה כבר הרבה מאוד זמן אין ספק שאחזור שוב! 🌸
