I had stayed there before so I knew the location was great.
It felt rundown. There is now a charge for parking. No one cleaned our room. When I tried to call front desk to find out how to get clean towels, no one answered the phone. I went downstairs and an employee with an engineer name tag informed me we had to request our room be cleaned. When is that a standard practice? There were children running and shouting in the halls after 10 pm and knocking on doors. Upon check out we learned that person who checked us in marked that we didn’t want our room cleaned but hadn’t asked us. When I mentioned the new cost for parking which wasn’t secure parking, the front desk person said, “ you didn’t use our garage?” What garage?

We used the shuttle service that was available to us. Sidney Peters was our personal chauffeur and was over the top to ensure that we were comfortable and accommodating in every way. When we come back, we will stay here again specifically because of Sidney’s hospitality and friendliness he showed us at our stay, making us feel right at home. A lasting impression we will never forget!

Wonderful stay. When the front desk learned that I’m a light sleeper, he thoughtfully placed me in a room far away from the elevator and facing the parking lot. I really appreciated it.
The toilet had a minor issue, but maintenance came immediately and fixed it. Super efficient.
I also needed to get to a nearby restaurant, and they offer a shuttle service. Sidney, the driver, was so kind to drop me off and pick me up afterward.
The whole staff was genuinely warm and considerate. One of the best stays I’ve had at a Residence Inn.
