A limpeza do quarto não era feita. Os lençóis e toalhas estavam sujam, pareciam não ter sido trocados entre os hóspedes. Após reclamação, foram trocados, mas ainda assim estavam em pobre condições de higiene.
We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the hotel met all of our needs, making our stay comfortable and convenient.
A special thank you to Ashley, who was incredibly friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. She provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome.

This location is great for the Universal parks. Jackie was great! She was funny, efficient and extremely helpful. Free parking and complimentary breakfast was a plus. Close enough for an inexpensive rideshare to the parks. Shuttle is infrequent but available. Definitely recommend for a great stay at a great price.
The breakfast was good , the room service, the hotel itself was super comfortable. And front desk agent Ashley was really helpful and patient
