Relatively clean. Great location. Great value compared to staying on park property. Staff was friendly.

Updates are needed (peeling paint, carpet stains, etc), but nothing that ruined our stay.

When I had an issue with my room they asked no questions and just upgraded my room

Cons:

I didn't like that I went to the hotel room and left my pizza box in there and went out for a little bit. When I came back there were a ton of tea tiny bugs you could see moving around the whole desk and all over my food.

Great Room Great Price Last Minute Early Check In
Pros:

We unexpectedly needed an extra night in Orlando because weather delayed our travel plans, and Spark by Hilton made a stressful situation much easier.
The front desk was able to get us checked into our room around 11:00 a.m., which was incredibly helpful after changing our plans. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed.
The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel at a reasonable price, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Review ONLY on front desk and kitchen staff
Pros:

I’m only giving five stars for the staff and nothing else. Olga Tricity and Ashley are absolutely incredible people. Olga works by the breakfast counter and you could see how hard she works and all the messes people were leaving and just didn’t seem very thankful for how kind this woman is and just trying to make everybody happy. Tricity and Ashley work the front desk and both have been just absolutely wonderful and helpful.
As for resting area and ownership, I will leave a Google review because that I was extremely unhappy about. But the service I will say terms of how I was treated directly was absolutely very kind.
Location was great. Lots of restaurants nearby walking distance not just driving.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

Perfect location for the theme parks of Universal. The atmosphere in the hotel is very good. The rooms were amazing, the cleaning was on point. The service provided by the staff were excellent. No complaints on the noise. It has well suited amenities, so, for the value is the perfect choice.
