It's clean and there's always person in the desk to welcome or thanking those clients that's checking out. The room is really nice and cozy and very accommodating. And the utensils provided is very nice too.
I just think there should be someone checking if there's enough towels for drying at the pool. That's all, not that bad.
Overall the stay was fine.
I stayed one night booked it off booking.com .
Got it for 98$ ... the next morning my pland changed and I needed to extend my stay one more night. I contacted the front desk to try and extend it again . Was told by the staff "sure but its 230$ to extend "
I said " oh wow . Yea im probably going to book with booking.com so I get the same rate of 98$ . "
Staff said "well actually oops im sorry just realized we are fully booked at capacity. "
And I said "are you for sure"
Staff said " yes sorry you will need to checkout"
I said okay. Well is it possible to get a late check out? Im not exactly prepared to leave and I will need to find a new hotel .
Staff said . Okay that is fine we can give you until 2pm the latest with no charge .
I said okay well thanks I appreciate that.
As i was looking for a new hotel I seen that there were still rooms available being advertised for the hotel and that the front desk had lied to me . And realized that they were lying only to make more profits off me . I assumed because it was Friday .
I found another hotel for under 100$ just down the road . Booked it packed up and checked out .
Moments later I realized I didnt get my damage deposit back . I called they mentioned it could take a couple business days .
I said okay sure.
Then out of frustration with my experience at super 8 I made an honest review highlighting how they lied to me and tried to get more money for my stay.
Moments after.
I then got notice of damaged stained sheets and that the hotel was keeping my deposit..
The sheets had a couple squished blueberries in it . I didnt think they would ruin sheets as the hotels usually bleach the sheets .
After numerous attempts to try and contact the manager. Was told the manager would call me back each time . With no call backs . I have yet to receive my deposit. Which has resulted in me escalating this issue .
Family-friendly and accessible location
The main pool isn’t that warm for my baby, she was cold.
The chair and desk were really useful.
Friendly staff, spacious rooms, good location, many restaurants within a few minutes walk
