We had a water leak in our room from the ceiling went in to my wife bags it was a nightmare then they changed one room for us but the kids room stayed away from my room over all its ok my bad luck but maybe not again at this hotel

المكان و الديكور و السرير كان مريح جداً ، و تعامل الموظفين الجميل قدموا لي كيكية ليومي الأخير في المنتجع

Cons:

الحمام لم يكن نظيفاً ، و السجادة في الغرفة فيها بقع حمراء ، المسبح جميل و لكن صغير و مزدحم ؛ يجب إنشاء مسابح جديدة و راقية لأن عندهم مساحة كبيرة جداً في المنتجع ، المنتجع قديم و لكن تم تجديد الغرف و كانت جميلة و خصوصاً الحمام .

The Sheraton team surprised my son who was celebrating his 12th birthday! Thank you Mr. Ali (front desk) for the good gesture.
