Great venue, great value
Pros:

Location was good, food options varied and very good. Staff was amazing and looked after us well.

Cons:

The pillows were the only bad thing. They were too thin even when you use two on top of each other. For the brand and the cost of the stay, the hotel could afford to invest in better bedding.

Disappointing
Pros:

The room was beautifuly decorated and we had a great sleep.

Cons:

The check innlines were long, which in itself wasn't an issue, but my key card wouldn't work, it took me 4 attempts at waiting in the long lines before I gad to actually tell someone to come to the lift to sort the problem. The pool area was very dirty when we arrived, there was spit in the pool which was completely gross. The pool area was very small for the size of the hotel. We had half board, the dinner buffet was not good. I struggled to find something that I could eat. However their tiramasu was delicious.

Pros:

Room was nice and clean staff very friendly the room view is very nice aswell

Just a dinner is abit not much choice to eat but breakfast was good .
