Excelente opción, salvo por el estacionamiento
Pros:

La ubicación cercana al Zócalo, muchas opciones para comer cerca, el cuarto estaba cómodo, el desayuno bueno, y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

No tienen estacionamiento, y el lugar con el que tienen convenio le pareció caro y sus políticas malas (sacas el coche y aunque hayas pagado las 24 horas se pierde).
Me he quedado en otros hoteles de CDMX por la zona, y el estacionamiento es más barato (mitad de precio) y sin esas políticas ridículas de no poder sacar el coche.

Me toco que wstuciera cerrada la calle de madero por las protestas.
Y el hotel abri la puerta por la lateral. Pero siempre con excelente servicio.

Mi peor experiencia
Pros:

Son unos abusadores, el lunes pasado había una huelga bordeando el hotel por las 4 entradas y no fueron capaces de avisarme al riesgo al que me exponía, no se molestaron en lo más mínimo para ayudarme a reubicarme en un lugar seguro en un país extraño para mí, en adición a que predispusieron a Booking a ayudarme a resolver la situación. El peor servicio al cliente
