Pros:

Todo excelente a excepcion del baño las puertas no tienen cerradura y son de vidrio no hay privacidad ..los carritos de limpieza pasan a las 8 am haciendo mucho ruido por pasillo.mas que todo la puerta de los baños no entiendo porq son asi todo lo demas excelente

La atención de porteros y servicio de restaurante.

Cons:

La recepción muy sosa, casi no saben nada. El baño estaba tapado, desde el principio pero funciono. Me imagino que con descargas diarias algo pasó. No me afecto pq era el ultimo día. Sobre vista mejor asi no había ruido.

En realidad, esta es mi tercera vez en este hotel, el desayuno excelente, el trato excelente también. La ubicación excepcional, todo cerca, fácil transporte en toda la ciudad.

La verdad no tengo de que quejarme. El trato del personal excelente, la limpieza excelente, es mi tercera vez en este hotel y la razón es la misma, por su excelente trato y ubicación.

The location of this hotel is pretty good . No complaints there

Cons:

The staff is not welcoming or friendly. We extended our stay paid extra directly to them and our keycard wasn't working. I was on 6th floor and such a hassle to come bk down .They did not apologize at all.
When I checked out i gave them keycard and the lady just stood quiet. I had to ask.if that was all and she said yes. Not even a thank you for staying with us . Customer service is important to me, just for that I won't come back. Plenty of other hotels to choose from

Nos hospedamos en la habitación 314, acostumbro dormir con la TV encendida. Ese día iba cansado de caminar, tomé una pastilla para dormir y aún así como a la media hora se escuchaba un golpeteo en el mueble que da frente a la cama, debajo de la TV lo suficientemente intenso, que seguía el ritmo de la música del comercial que estaba pasando en ese momento en la TV mientras me encontraba solo en la habitación. No seguía si alguien más le ha sucedido eso… aclaro que los ruidos no venían del pasillo, era claro que venían dentro de la propia habitación

Excelente ubicación , recamaras limpias , camas muy cómodas . El personal muy amables, guarda equipaje sin costo y tuvieron la habitación antes de la hora señalada .
