Certamente a NÃO REPETIR.
Pros:

O nome da cadeia RITZ, mas neste caso, é apenas o nome.
A simpatia dos funcionários.

Cons:

O barulho EXTREMO na rua, que não permite descansar/dormir em condições decente. Não existe insonorizacao e as janelas deixam passar todo o ruído. Hotel a necessitar de obras urgentes de remodelação.
Na casa de banho já não se devia usar um chuveiro fixo no teto.
Em dezenas de países e hotéis que visitei, foi a PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA.
