Ótimo lugar para ficar!
Pros:

O hotel é muito bom, espaços amplos, muitas áreas verdes ao redor, atendimento impecável, também ofereceram alguns serviços de forma gratuita, como pegar água com eles na recepção sem custos adicionais. Em relação ao quarto, bem espaçoso, ar condicionado que gela, televisão com tela grande, mesmo tendo poucos canais, mas ainda assim, muito bom para assistir alguns conteúdos. Em geral, ótimo local.

Cons:

Só uma coisa que me deu um pouco de trabalho, o chuveiro demora bastante para começar a esquentar, assim gastando bastante água até ficar em uma temperatura boa. Mas, no geral, estava tudo muito bom e funcionando muito bem.

It’s was absolutely one of the best stays we’ve had in a while.
Pros:

The staff were friendly, rooms were clean and the location was in a great area for easy access to shops, restaurants and Northwest Stadium!

Overall a pleasant experience. Would stay there again!
Pros:

The accommodations and staff were excellent and the hotel is in a convenient location. Parking was not an issue.

Cons:

The halls and restaurant were uncomfortably cold. There were noticeable signs of mold around the a/c ceiling vents leading out to the patio in the restaurant where the breakfast buffet is located.

Great staty for a day!
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was clean, quiet and accessible. The free parking was a great addition. I would recommend staying there and I would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

When entering my room after checking in following a family event we encountered a female staff member seated near the elevator and a male staff member seated in the hallway who identified himself as “security “ this was unusual and suspicious. The establishment didn’t appear to need any extra security so I’m not sure why those individuals were really there. I would definitely look into this more before booking here again.

Pretty good overall
Pros:

Good hotel. Clean, renovated. Convenient parking.

Cons:

The mattress was not very uncomfortable for me. My partner had not issues though, so I guess it's a personal thing.

I had special requests because it was a special occasion and every request was met.
Pros:

I ate dinner there and the food was great and the staff was amazing. I will certainly stay here again.
