Ficamos só um dia, mas o hotel é lindo, confortável e organizado. Fica na melhor área de Cusco.

No checkout, não foi identificado nenhuma pendência de pagamento. Dps, o hotel fez contato c a gnt dizendo q a diária não havia sido paga. Fizemos o pagamento e não nos gerou prejuízo, mas o atendente deveria ter checado na saída para evitar maiores transtornos.

Pros:

Localização e estrutura do hotel excelentes. Decoração primorosa e conforto desejável pelas dificuldades de adaptação com altitude. Staff sempre prestativo, com destaque para as experiências do restaurante, cuja comida não fica atrás de nenhuma outra da cidade, inclusive com opções de menu degustação.

Cons:

Somente não me agradou a experiência com a agência de turismo interna, que a vendedora cobrou taxa de comissão de 10% para fechar os passeios.

Lavamanos es muy pequeño impidiendo poner cualquier tipo de neceser. Solo hay un gancho para las toallas en una habitación que es doble. No cambiaron las botella de agua, dejando las del día anterior a medio usar
