MY TEENAGER GOT LOCKED IN THE BATHROOM, I GUESS THE DOOR WAS SWOLLEN FROM THE HEAT.
Staff was amazing and incredibly helpful
Old facilities. Elevators were broken. There were many conferences ongoing and only 1-2 elevators were working. It took about 20-30 min to get to my floor and even that was because staff helped some of use the service elevators.
The hotel is in a great location. It’s near many restaurants and other attractions. The zoo is also a very short drive from the hotel. Our room was spacious enough for us. We had a nice bathroom and walk-in shower. Since we had a short overnight stay, we didn’t pack the swimsuits. In the lobby, they have a larger seating area and bar. Near the elevators, is the convenience store. They sell everything from snacks and drinks, to toiletries and other travel essentials. The internet isn’t free though and will cost you $17 per day. Our parking was approx $45.

We are here for the national volleyball tournament In the M club, Muhammad does a phenomenal job of taking care of the guests and pays special attention to make sure they have everything they need. He really goes the extra mile in customer service. Thank you for employing people like him.!!

From front desk to the lounge the staff were excellent. But I really have to give 5 stars to the lead staff Mohammed this guy is very professional, caring and well customer service mannerisms is exceptional. His teams were working hard with joyful attitude that shows that they enjoyed what they do. They were refilling foods, snacks and drinks. The Lounge was clean. They handled the food with clean manners. I have been to several Marriott I have not seen anyone so caring like Mohammed with good customer service. Very well done.
I’m definitely coming back whenever I’m in Indianapolis. The room was clean and service was excellent. To everyone out there you will not go wrong staying in Marriott Indianapolis right in front of convention center.

We were in town for a family wedding. Our stay at this Marriott was spectacular. The staff are friendly, professional and seem genuinely interested in providing the best service possible. The rooms were clean and had great amenities available. There were many places to hang out with family members instead of having to meet in the rooms. We met the kindest concierge, Mohammed. We saw him while we were in the lounge with our baby who was being left with a new babysitter and he accommodated our needs and provided support, kindness and generosity. We will definitely come back for sure.
We have been to indianapolis before to other hotels and this has been our best experience so far.
