5 star experience and shout out to Mohammed!
Pros:

Have you ever come across someone in a hotel who acts like they were just not meant to be in hospitality? That was my experience checking into the hotel and from there my experience was totally enriched with employees who truly wanted to serve and ensure guests were not just happy but enchanted.

My room experience rivaled the experience I've had in Asian and Middle Eastern Marriotts with extremely clean everything - the beds are comfortable and room 1713 was so quiet, I slept soundly.

The housekeeping staff I interacted wth seemed happy and were quick to provide me with extra decaf coffee (the room included a mini fridge and coffee maker). There is a make up mirror in the room and the lighting is better than most hotels,

Not all Marriott business lounges are worth the upgrade, but Mohammed makes this M lounge first class all the way. I watched as he ensured every guest had exactly what they wanted - and he often provided this without the guest even asking, While alcoholic beverages in the lounge are relatively pricey - a glass of La Marca sparkling wine is $20 and a glass of chemical chardonnay is $14 - the 24/7 snacks and non alcoholic beverages are generous. I would return to this hotel for the chance to be served by Mohammed any day and he makes lounge access worth the upgrade if you do not have the Bonvoy status that gets you in gratis.

Jacqueline is also talented in hospitality. After more than 100 guests had checked in after me, she address me by my name when she saw me again. Remarkable. I saw her maintain a smile and calm with a professional flair multiple times during my entire stay.

The workout room has all new equipment and rivals that of a 5 star hotel - it even has a Peloton! Morning and evening times during my workouts, there was at least one hotel employee cleaning.

Food is excellent. Ordered the salmon plate - delicious with greens that tasted like they had just come from the farmer's market. Enrique at the hotel market provides amazing service and the hotel based market in better than most.

I would not hesitate to stay at this Marriott!

Wonderful shower! Great Amenities available!
Pros:

We've stayed at this property several times so I thought it was time to review it. We would typically come to Indianapolis to see the Fever at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. A note--this property is about .7 miles from GF. The rooms are always clean, mostly quiet. Beds are spacious and comfortable. If you have access to M Lounge you will get snacks at night (mostly chips/cookies/Few small appetizer hot items + drinks).& breakfast in the morning. They have a latte machine as well. I believe you can buy a breakfast and parking package if you don't have M Lounge/Club access. The shower was fantastic, very strong pressure/misty. Best shower I've had at a hotel in a loooong time. I typically dread hotel showers but this one was wonderful. There is a restaurant on site, and small shop with snacks and drinks. Only negative was the garage across the street we typically use is really only accessible on the weekend, which we had no idea until we ended up coming during the week. The hotel has valet and garage parking under hotel but the cost is significantly more. Really only negative part of the stay. The front desk people (Alley & Suhaib) were fantastic. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! They made the stay so much better when you have fantastic staff willing and able to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Definitely reccomend this property. You'll love it!
