The staff were very kind, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel’s location was excellent — everything was nearby and easily accessible. Although the hotel did not have many facilities, it was fair and reasonable for the price.
The breakfast was exactly the same every day with very little variety, which became disappointing after a few days. Also, the shampoo provided in the room was very low quality and barely foamed, almost like there was no shampoo at all. The hair dryer was also very weak and kept turning off while using it.

Die Lage war super. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut.
In einem unserer Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage leider nicht. Dies wurde jedoch von der Dame an der Rezeption abgetan mit der Aussage, dass dies nicht sein könne, weil die Anlage im ganzen Haus auf die gleiche Temperatur eingestellt sei.
Beim Frühstück war die Wartezeit teilweise recht lange, da nur wenige Tische zur Verfügung standen.

Egy jó hotel, jó környéken. A szoba rendben volt, mérete is megfelelő és teljeseitették a franciaágyas kérésünket. A Reggeli jó volt és változatos. A személyzet is mindig segitőkész volt.
A fürdőszobának egy ici-pici renoválás jót tenne. Az ágynemű lehetne rendes ágynemű és nem két lepedő közé rakott takaró...

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es liegt dicht an 2 Metro-Stationen, die sich an diesem Bahnhof kreuzen. In 3 Minuten Entfernung starten die Sightseeing-Routen. 3 Routen, die normal mit Audio-Kommentaren in mehreren Sprachen arbeiten. Das Frühstück ist dewm Standard 3 Sterne angemessen. Rührei, Speck, Aufschnitt, frisches Obst, Kaffee-Automat mit Spezialitäten, mehrere Brotsorten in einer guten Atmosphäre. Im Hotel gibt es 2 Aufzüge die einen schnell in die 8 Etagen bringen. Reception war immer besetzt, Security immer präsent und das Gepäck kann auch untergestellt werden, wenn man am Abreisetag noch in die Stadt möchte. An die Gepäckstücke werden auch die Zimmernummern angebracht. Gut!
Das Zimmer war groß genug, Bad mit Bidet und Badewanne, aber ohne Stöpsel, zum Duschen O.K. Im TV sind sehr viele Programme in allen möglichen Sprachen. Für deutsches TV sollte man sich ein tablet oder Laptop einpacken. das WLAN ist sehr schnell. Zu den touristischen Zentren geht man nicht lange oder nimmt die Metro/Bus. Gute Wahl für einen Städtetrip. Gern wieder.
Die Badtür war an der Unterkante etwas aufgeblüht und diew Silikonnähte sollten mal überholt werden.
I liked that it was so close to a Metro station and the bed was very comfortable and there were very good quality bed linen and towels.
Also the room and bathroom were kept immaculately clean - the standard of cleaning is extremely high
Breakfast was very good lots of choice and all very fresh I appreciated being able to have decaf coffee from the coffee machine
Decor of the room was a little tired
We noticed that people were having to queue for a table at breakfast
