Zklamání z nefunkční klimatizace a Wi-Fi, které hotel nedokázal rychle vyřešit. Plusové body za snídaně a možnost změny
Pros:

Oceňuji vstřícnost hotelu při změně termínu pobytu, kterou jsem potřebovala kvůli operaci. Také musím pochválit snídaně – za cenu 15 € na osobu byly chutné, s dobrým výběrem a kvalitní nabídkou.

Cons:

Po příjezdu nefungovala na pokoji klimatizace. Přestože personál slíbil rychlou opravu, problém byl vyřešen až třetí den pobytu. Výměna pokoje nebyla možná. Po celou dobu navíc nefungovala Wi-Fi v celém hotelu, což je velký problém zejména pro hosty, kteří potřebují pracovat online. Pokoje ani střešní bazén navíc neodpovídaly fotografiím prezentovaným na webu hotelu.

Sítio ideal para desfrutar da praia de Barcelona.

Da localização que era em frente à praia e da simpatia dos funcionários.

Cons:

O ideal nestes hotéis era as janelas terem blackouts. O sol entra cedo no quarto e é difícil dormir com tanta luz.

Die Lage und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers sowie die Dachterasse mit Pool und super leckeren Snacks und Sangria

Netflix und Amazon konnte nicht genutzt werden, da keine ausreichende Internetverbindung bestand und es gab kein deutschsprachiges Fernsehen
