Great place, would stay there again
Pros:

Very convenient to beach, shops and restaurants. They also had a great breakfast and all the beach equipment you could need to borrow. They really thought of everything you would need for your stay.

Pros:

スタッフが皆優しい。朝食にフルーツが沢山あり良かった。ロケーションもOld Kuhioと再開発されたKuhioの間の様なところで面白かった。利用しなかったが、ビーチに行くときに必要なものも無料でレンタルできる。BBQやおにぎりやさんも近くにある。

Cons:

部屋でデスクにすわるとエアコンの風が直撃するのでバスローブを着ていた。

Pros:

ワイキキでの定宿にしています。初回の宿泊から10年ほど経ちましたが、毎回変わらずホスピタリティに溢れた対応をいただけるので安心して泊まれます。立地もとても便利で、清掃もしっかりキレイにされていると思います。
朝食もフルーツやパン等必要十分な程度に揃っていてよいです。
また朝食時以外にもコーヒーや紅茶、給水機が置いてあったり、使い捨てのカラトリー類が準備されていたりして、とてもありがたかったです。
あと今回はかなり日本語が話せるスタッフの方がいらっしゃったので、大変心強かったです。

Cons:

初回に泊まった時から比べて設備面が若干古くなってきているなと感じます。
エアコンの音や室外の音（パトカー）が若干うるさいので、気になる人は耳栓があるとよいかもしれません。なお私は観光疲れで毎回あまり気にならず寝つけています。
あとシャワーが下と上で水量が全然違い、上からの水量が若干弱いので、折り畳み桶で下の蛇口のほうから水を汲んで使うと便利です。

Great clean place with a friendly staff
Pros:

It is in a good location. A couple of blocks from the beach. The price was right and I booked it last minute with no problem. If I ever go back I will definitely go here

Cons:

I would have liked a room with a balcony. But I didn’t stay in it much so it wasn’t bad.

Excellent location, kind and helpful staff, and a lot of complimentary
Pros:

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at on vacation. All staff, from the reception desk to housekeeping, are amazing, helpful, and very kind. They welcome their guests and check in with fresh pineapple refreshments. Breakfast is wonderful, with fresh fruits, pastries, oatmeal, toast, butter, jam, eggs and sausages, coffee, tea, and pineapple juice. You can get unlimited coffee, tea, iced tea, and water every day as a complement. You can also get complimentary clean beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and beach bags every day. They also have the option to borrow a GoPro, which I used for snorkeling. The management has thought of everything to make guests’ stay comfortable. The location is wonderful. You can walk anywhere in Waikiki, and it is very close to the beach, food carts, restaurants, and shops. I would totally suggest this hotel.

I was very comfortable. Everything was as I expected and beyond.

Es absolutamente un 10 para alojarse en Waikiki. Ubicación increible, a 1 minuto andando de Waikiki Beach, para ver el atardecer y dar una vuelta por la noche. El precio del parking son 40 dolares pero es lo que vale en Waikiki, y te da tranquilidad saber que no tienes que buscar aparcamiento

Poor hotel!
Pros:

I’m surprised this hotel hasn’t been shut down by the Health Dept. The service did not include porter service to the room so my 80 yo mom and myself lugged our 11 items to our room via a small elevator that only fit the luggage rack and myself. My mom had to take another elevator. Once we got into the room the horror began.

First, we took off the coverlet from the bed and looked at the sheets. There were numerous obvious stains that should have been washed off or a clean sheet put on.

Secondly, using a “ blue light” flashlight, the shower had black mold growing in the tiles and on the baseboards. My mom is immunocompromised so the idea of black mold in the room was dangerous to her health.

Lastly, using the blue light flashlight, the rug was full of bacteria and noticeable stains were emitted, including what appears to have been blood stains scrubbed into the fibers.

I immediately packed up and left the hotel and closed out my 6-day reservation. Once I notified management I was checking out, I also notified Expedia that I was not paying for the booking!

My experience was really good! The rooms are quite small but it doesn’t bother at all. Breakfast is good, and staff is really nice and helpful!
