Pleasant stay at Waikiki Beach
Pros:

Location of the hotel is amazing, steps away from Waikiki Beach, the free breakfast was really good to start the day with, and the staff was very kind.

The location was excellent. The bathroom and the room was very small for 2 people.

Cons:

It could have been a better breakfast selection. Also the room and bathroom needs to be bigger. No microwave in room was also not good.

Ottima location, in perfetto centro a qualche minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia di Waikiki. Colazione abbondante e variegata. Servizio completo con attrezzatura da spiaggia inclusa. Vista pazzesca dai piani alti del grattacielo.

Cons:

Letto troppo morbido. Moquette in camera. Valet parking po' costoso, ma effettivamente comodissimo. Nella colazione mancherebbe del formaggio.

Gute Lage und freundliches Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist top, alles in Waikiki ist fußläufig erreichbar und der Bus hält direkt vor der Tür. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Waikiki wirklich stark.

Unser Zimmer war groß, sauber und das Bett bequem. Die Dusche hatte einen angenehmen Wasserdruck. Besonders positiv war auch der schnelle Service: Ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage wurde innerhalb von zehn Minuten direkt behoben.

Cons:

Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt war, dass das Gebäude recht hellhörig ist. Vor allem Straßengeräusche, wie die Müllabfuhr früh morgens, waren deutlich zu hören. Allerdings hatten wir auch Jetlag und waren ohnehin früh wach. Insgesamt also kein großes Problem.

Pros:

The location was good, just a couple of blocks away from the beach. All the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Melvin.
The beach room was an excellent idea, being able to use anything in there to take down to the beach, they had everything from beach bags, chairs, umbrellas even sunscreen, more hotels should do this. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from and our room was a good size. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Wasnt many plug sockets in room for charging etc and could have done with a softer lighting as only 1 large ceiling light ( very bright ) and 1 bedside lamp, needed a lamp both sides or maybe wall lights

La comida, y un solo recepcionista… MELVIN…, fue muy amable y cordial…porque ni el gerente fue amable conmigo… incluso iba a dejar el hotel al 2 día antes de lo previsto
