Location near to tube and bus stations.
No air conditioning. The outside temperature is cooler than inside the hotel room. I’ve difficulty to sleep.
The staff were warm and welcoming. Location great and we were lucky to get a room with small kitchen in it - absolutely fantastic!
Of course as an older property paintwork, bathroom tiles etc are starting to look a bit tired - although there were significant painting and decorating happening while we were there.

Extremely disappointing – bed bugs and poor response
Nothing positive about this stay. The hotel was undergoing renovation, which was not mentioned when booking, and the entrance was not welcoming or professional.
Worst of all, there were bed bugs in our room. We booked 5 nights with our children. On 3 August around 2 AM, during our second night, we caught a bed bug on the bed. One of my daughters had numerous bites and a severe allergic reaction. During the day, her reaction became much worse, and we had to buy several medical products to treat it. The children were very distressed and we had a sleepless night.
I immediately asked reception to change rooms, but was told this was not possible until the next morning. The next day, reception told me that the room had had bed bug problems before and that bed bugs are common in big cities. We were offered the room opposite ours, which we considered far too risky.
I requested an early check-out and refund of the remaining nights due to my children’s health, but this was refused. I was told to email reservations, which I did immediately. I still have received no response.
The way this was handled was completely unacceptable. DO NOT book this hotel.
The bed bugs!!!! Very poor response and handling of my request for the health of my children.
Other than this, the room was very small, with a tiny bathroom that looks like a hidden closet. It was super hot inside the room.

De “Garden View” solo tiene el nombre, porque al Jardín nunca la vi. Nos dieron una habitación en el subsuelo.

Quarto nao estava tao limpo, a cortina nao deixava o quarto completamente escuro e por causa do calor , o quarto fica muito quente

Molto calda la camera, d’estate è un problema.
Nada. Habitación en subsuelo sin aire. Colchón incomodisimo. En refacción en plena temporada de verano no andaba el ascensor al momento del check out.

After two nights in the Hotel my arm looked like this because of bed bugs. If you also want to have such an arm, book a room there. The management of the hotel ignored it and after a change of the room, (not immediately, we had to stay another night in the old one) they gave my old room to new guests without changing anything in the old room concerning the contamination. Directly over my window and the the windows of the rooms next to our, we had a wesp-nest. So keep your windows shut and use the non-exisiting aircondition. The management was contacted by the service desk, by me and by booking.com and they ignored it all.
