Lovely stay
Pros:

I'm not sure why people put bad reviews on here from what they pay..its not the ritz but it was very clean with clean bed linen and towels..staff very friendly and a stones throw from the tube station. We had a lovely time and booking again for January ...if you want absolutele luxury then pay for it but it was perfect for the actual time we spent in the room...clean and comfy !

Absolutely avoid this hotel.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The property was extremely dirty, with an awful smell throughout the corridors and inside the room. The toilets did not flush properly, and there was no water in the showers, making it impossible to shower.

I even found bugs in my bed in the mornings, which was completely unacceptable. Dust and dirt were everywhere, and the overall hygiene was terrible.

Do not trust the review score—I made that mistake. I strongly recommend paying a little more for a different hotel. It is simply not worth staying here.

Confort, gentilezza e posizione eccellente!!!
Pros:

I proprietari sono molto gentili, accoglienti, pronti ad ascoltare le eventuali esigenze. Posizione eccezionale, il quartiere assolutamente tranquillo, molto curato. La stanza ha le dimensioni che ti aspetti a Londra. Tutti i giorni hanno cambiato gli asciugamani e nei 5 giorni anche le lenzuola. Da consigliare.

Cons:

Se proprio si vuol trovare un difetto il letto piuttosto morbido ma abbiamo fatto delle dormite stupende!

Gera vieta, paslaugus personalas, teko prisitaikyti prie kambario mažumo.
Pros:

Labai patogi vieta, gana arti metro. Rami vieta.

Cons:

Kambarys absoliučiai mažas, vos vienam žmogui, o buvo rezervuotas kaip dvivietis. Sovėti ar prie stalo sėdėti gali tik vienas žmogus, kitas turi būti arba lovoje, arba duše. Lova gana siaura kaip dviem žmonėm, įgrūsta į nišą, priėjimas tik iš vieno kampo, dviese labai nepatogu. Nėra vietos kur pasidėti lagaminą išsikraustant daiktus.
Dušo kambarys blogai vėdinasi, teko visą laiką laikyti įjungtą šviesą, tada veikė ventiliatorius ir chlorkalkių kvapas nėjo į kambarį.
