Likte beliggenheten, var rent på rommet, hyggelig og imøtekommende personale, daglig roomservice, nye håndklær hver dag, lite bråk

Var fryktelig varmt på rommet, var en vifte der men den hjalp ikke særlig under hetebølge i London. Kunne også fint vært et kjøleskap der. TV funket ikke når viften stod på. Det var mangel på stikkontakter, og kontaktene ble veldig varme når de var i bruk. Var også vanskelig å skylle ned på toalettet,

Är nöjd med vår vistelse i London, men ska jag åka dit på sommaren igen kommer jag välja ett annat hotell som har AC.
Pros:

Det låg nära tunnelbana och området var lugnt. Trevlig personal.

Cons:

Det finns ingen AC på rummet. När vi bodde där var det mellan 27-31 grader ute och det var olidligt varmt på rummet. Vi fick en fläkt till rummet men det hjälpte inte.
Vattentrycket i duschen var väldigt svagt.

Terrible
Pros:

The air conditioning unit exploded with dust going everywhere in room I am currently in hospital with asthma attack following this. Building work going on in the hotel from early hours in the morning. Impossible to sleep . Staff rude, so unhelpful
