Lift didn't work throughout stay.So had to go into different twin room As I couldn't manage all those flights of stairs,Rooms were extremely hot, but was given a fan which helped, Tv very bad signal,And showers were hard to regulate temperature.

The location was marvellous

Cons:

I was disappointed with my stay overall. I was travelling alone with my young child and had requested a room on a higher floor, however we were allocated a ground floor room directly facing the street. The room had no air conditioning and, despite the warm weather, a fan was not provided until the second day after I had raised the issue more than once.

I felt uncomfortable with the location of the room, particularly as it required the window to be open due to the heat. When I raised my concerns, I did not feel they were taken seriously and I was advised to return later in the evening, (11:15pm) which was not practical whilst travelling alone with a child, it would have meant be leaving him sleeping in the room alone!

The one positive I would like to mention is that female member of staff was genuinely lovely, kind and helpful, and I appreciated her attitude and professionalism.

Unfortunately, the overall handling of my concerns left me feeling disappointed, and the experience did not meet my expectations.

Would not consider another stay due to the quality of the bed and no aircon.
Pros:

Location was great and charming exterior. It was appropriately priced.

Cons:

Very uncomfortable beds, almost unusable bathroom due to small size. No air conditioning and the lift was out of order. It was a nightmare dragging heavy luggage up two stories.

Buen hotel, sencillo pero cómodo y bien ubicado.
Pros:

Buena ubicación porque está a pocas cuadras de una estación de metro. La habitación que nos tocó era amplia y tenía vistas a la calle y al jardín que está frente al hotel.

Cons:

El baño era pequeño y la descarga de agua no funcionaba del todo bien.

Der Aufenthalt war rundum super und das Personal zu jeder Zeit freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ausnahmslos sauber und relativ geräumig und hatte sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank und Fernseher. Das Personal stand zu jeder Zeit zur Verfügung und war immer höflich und zuvorkommend. In unsere Zimmer konnten wir außerdem nicht wie gebucht ein Bett auffinden, sondern drei Betten. Das hat die ganze Situation zwar etwas eng gemacht, war jedoch trotzdem zu unserem Vorteil. Wir haben zwei der Betten zusammengeschoben und das dritte Bett als Kofferablage verwendet, was sehr praktisch war.

Cons:

Leider war es zu meiner Reisezeit sehr heiß in London, weshalb das fehlen einer Klimaanlage bedauerlich war. Jedoch waren wir den Tag über sowieso nicht im Zimmer und nachts war der Ventilator unser bester Freund. Das Badezimmer hatte leider kein Fenster, weshalb nach dem duschen immer alles sehr feucht und stickig wurde.

Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Fine for one night.

Cons:

Tower fan didn't work in 33⁰ heat. We were on the top floor, up about 5 flights of stairs and the lift was out of order. Shower was a trickle. Tv was pixelated, and a message kept coming up in Spanish. Room was the tiniest hotel room I've ever been in! Fine for one night, but any longer and I'd have struggled.

Good location for reasonable price
Pros:

Good location, 5 min walk to the metro, lots of bar and restaurants nearby. Nice neighbourhood. Good for several nights sleep.

Cons:

Had to wait for staff to come to check in from 15 minutes, as they always have sing “will be back shortly” on the counter. Rooms are not too big, so a place just for a sleep.

If you've booked already, take your hand held iron with you to kill the bugs!!!

Run down rooms, need a lot of repairs...
Stuff was friendly but not helpful with our situation. Once the lights were out we discovered that we had bed bugs in our room and on our beds. And all they could say was "sorry, we are fully booked, so cannot move you to another room"
My son and I ended up sitting on the bathroom floor all night with no sleep, as we did not wanna get bitten by this fully grown adult bugs.
As a result of this I would like fully refund of my payment for the room.

A clean hotel - a little basic however for a stopover it was great - I would stay there again
Pros:

It was a great location for the tube - Earl’s Court ( exit on Warwick road) - it was clean and the beds were very Comfy - great that they also let us leave our luggage for the day too
Good food choices that were local and just a mile walk to the vue cinema - team were really helpful too

Cons:

There was no air con - but there was a fan in the room so it was cooler …
