Room Refresh Notice We will be enhancing our hotel with a full renovation through the end of the May 31, 2026. All our Guest rooms are completed, currently working on our public areas including Restaurant, Coffee Bar, Fitness Center & pool. Work occurs 8am–5pm daily. Special traffic and parking Information exist for Levi's Stadium event days. The Santa Clara Police department may limit access to the surrounding stadium during or after events taking place at Levi's Stadium. Please plan accordingly. Hotel parking is $25+ tax a day with in/out privileges.
Due to limited spaces we do restrict hotel parking to 1 car per room on special event and game days at Levi Stadium. Oversized or additional parking $100 a day + tax based on availability. Any questions, please contact us. Due to limited storage space within our hotel, we will accept and hold incoming packages at the rate of $10/box per day. This charge will be placed on your master bill. Limits may apply, please contact the hotel to confirm availability of storage space. Guests checking out the day of a game/event will not be permitted to leave their vehicle on hotel property after the official “check-out” time. For additional details or for schedule of events please contact the hotel. Guests are not permitted to bring firearms on the premises.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Clean and staff
Couldn't use my fire stick on the TV for kids to watch their shows. You tube and Netflix. At least upgrade to smart TVs like other places.

* Laundry delayed twice. Also had to constantly ask for new laundry slips & babs
* Towels sometimes had foreign strands of hair
* After a room make up, pyjamas were left in random places. Expected to have them in the same place as I let them
The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a good location. The staff were lovely and accommodating.
The hot tub was not hot, I was looking forward to this part and it was very disappointing. There was loud party music playing above our room for hours in the middle of the night. It disrupted our sleep. After reporting it to the front desk it took an extended period of time for the situation to get under control enough that we could sleep.
How close it was to Levis stadium!

Very welcoming and clean! From the lobby to the pool area to the actual room! The breakfast was amazing my daughters enjoyed the freshly made omelettes. They also have dinner available there and a bar! Starbucks closes a bit early but it’s still available in the lobby area. The room was beautiful and clean ! We definitely plan on coming back soon!
The staff were extremely friendly and made check in easy.

No microwave in the room. Only 1 regular coffee for the Kroger and 1 decaf. Starbucks down stairs was understaffed. Restaurant didn't open until 7:00. A man knocked on the door- I said go away and he opened the door with a key card and said "sorry, this was supposed to be vacant"
