our stay was great for the helpful staff, the cleanliness and comfort
Pros:

The location was perfect. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. The hotel was spotless and extremely comfortable. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

Exceptional night auditor
Pros:

I stayed at the courtyard due to my husband being admitted to John’s Hopkins Hospital. I found it to be a warm and welcoming experience. I especially would like to acknowledge Sifa Obanda the night auditor who went out of his way to be helpful and kind when I was having a stressful day. His helpfulness at 04:30am touched my heart.
