Great staff
Pros:

The staff truly went above and beyond. On the night we arrived, another hotel gave away our room despite our confirmed 1am late arrival, and still charged my credit card upfront. Doyle came through for us, getting us a room at 3am and being upfront about a few issues, which we accepted since we just needed a place to stay. By day two, we extended our stay and asked to switch rooms, and Leticia jumped in to get another room ready, even allowing a one-hour late checkout to make it work smoothly.

We were in town for my father-in-law's funeral, and Doyle and Leticia lifted so much stress off our shoulders during a hard time. We can't thank them enough.

The staff were pleasant and I liked the size of the suite.
Pros:

There was plenty of room and it had a full kitchen. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

It needed upkeep and updating. It also needed maintenance in the bathroom, the bathtub dripped and I had to fix the toilet. The AC was noisy and couldn’t cool the entire space.

Pros:

The front freak check in staff was very friendly

Cons:

We checked in at 3:00 and in taking our items upstairs to our room we were greeted by a person working in their truck with their music blaring. The rom had a smell I can’t describe, the comforter had stain, it was just awful.

Great guest service, average room
Pros:

The BEST part of our stay was the young man at the registration desk. He was way above superior with his guest support. Would be great if he taught classes in guest interactions.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn't like, its just the room was exactly what one expects at a budget motel : some damage to the wall, poor lighting (what's up with that weird back lighting thing around the mirror over the sink - yet no actual light in that area so you can see to brush your teeth?)

Pros:

This place is awful. There was a piece of a noodle on the floor in our room. The outlet by the sink is nearly falling out of the wall, the lower plug is the only one that works. Couldn't have coffee when we got up because there was no holder for the coffee filter pod. And the walls are paper thin, I heard a man in the next room sneezing, heard his alarm when it went off in the morning and heard him dropping the lid on his toilet.
