Staff did a great job, had to resolve an issue with booking.com - had to wait a while, but they took care of it. Provided quality food at a fair price: good location, restaurants, and stores within walking distance. This is our 2nd time at the Hilton for going to NASCAR races.
The air system was a bit noisy, but we got used to it. No ice machine, out of service, and we had to go down to the bar in the lobby for ice. The room's trash cans were very small. The shower floor was a bit slippery.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Stains everywhere and reeked of mold. The first room I had to move since it reeked of cigs. The second room reeked of mold and they said they had no extra rooms available but could send a fan up to my room. Would never stay here if it wasn’t for business. Will never be returning.

The parking in lot could be more bright ! It can be scary at night when you are alone and parked further from the building
I booked an Executive Level room in December 2025 for April 2026. Upon arrival, I found they gave my room away. When I took an attitude about it, so did the young girl at the desk. They checked me in for a lower-level room, acted like I inconvenienced them. I paided walk in room rate for the lower-level room and lost my complimentary breakfast. Calling Hilton's main number, I was referred back to the local hotel for reconciliation, and the person was not in and have not received a call back.
Shower drain was stopped up, could not take more than a 2 minute shower without it running over.
Water pressure too high serving the toilet. My room and others squalled loudly as the toilet was filling. Heard other adjacent rooms doing the same all night.
Front entrance, elevators reek of marijuana day and night. Signs in parking area stating the hotel was not responsible for theft or car damage. This tells you about all you need to know about the location, atmosphere and security management of the hotel.
There is plenty of nice hotels in Charlotte. I suggest you look for one of them and defer staying at this one.
