I think the staff could have been a little friendlier. One of the ladies at check in was really sweet but all the others I encountered were not rude but not polite either
There was a mix up with the night audit and it had us staying for 1 night instead of the 3 nights we booked and paid for. They came to our room to ask if we were going to leave and to ask for additional payment. I had to show them the email of the booking to resolve things.
The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable.
The check in process was horrible. They only had 2 people working the front during a very packed time. Check in was at 4, this was the first time I’ve had an issue with being able to check in. There was no option for early check in and then after waiting for over 1.5 hours, the room still wasn’t clean after 4. We ended up having to leave and didn’t get to check in until after our event was over. It was around 1 am. Of course the only thing the hotel seemed concerned about was making sure you paid for parking and they had a card they could charge. I’ve never had an issue like this at any other Hilton hotel.

Just letting you guys know that I had a wonderful time and that Noah from the front desk and Belissa from housekeeping for outstanding professional and kind this weekend at my family reunion the bagleys and the banquet captain I can't remember his name dark skin guy with a beard I want to say it might have been Andrew not sure also outstanding service I want to thank three of your Stella Stars for going far and beyond the call of duty thank you guys

I didn’t know I had to pay for parking but other than that I enjoyed the stay. Hotel very clean and the bed was comfortable.
I would like to that Dila Davenport she was the best very professional it was a pleasure staying at the hotel.

Staff sucked, we had 1 pillow in our room we called and went to the front desk several times and nobody could help and the attitudes were garbage
