Elevators broke down on checkout day. Were very slow otherwise. No bar or breakfast discounts offered when elevators were down.

Disappointing and mediocre
Pros:

The room was not fully clean: grimy baseboards, bathroom drains gross. The service was terrible, unhelpful staff due to scarce management availability. The gym was non-functional: all treadmills out of order, weight set incomplete (no small weights, missing mid-weights) and heated like a sauna. Coffee availability spotty in the morning. No cleaning service without explicit request the day before. Find another hotel nearby, this one’s not great.
