Pros:

The room was nice and bed was good.

Cons:

I was told by Booking that breakfast was included. Even discussed this with the employee that checked us in. They charged me 2 x for breakfast. And breakfast wasn't worth paying for! I had to call but I did get a refund but should not have to go thru the hassell.

Minor annoyances. Felt unkempt.
Pros:

Convenient location.

Cons:

In room Coffee maker OR wall outlet is broke (no coffee in the morning).

Bathroom had men's deodorant in trash can and half-used toilet paper roll when I arrived.

Iron was leaking.

No big deal, just little annoyances. Sharing feedback for transparency.

Pros:

Full Breakfest - was very good and overall stay.

Cons:

One (and only one) front desk staff member was more concerned about being on their phone than stepping up to assist quests. Observed this several times.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn missed the marked completely.
Pros:

The front desk staff and the location of the facility is what I liked most about the hotel.

Cons:

The facility is very basic and not in keeping with the Hilton brand. Entry way was dirty, elevator floors were dirty, and carpets in common areas were dirty as well. The door to my room did not fit completely in the door frame and even when locked appeared as if the door was open. Room was equipped with DirectTV. In this day and time, a flat screen TV is not a smart TV is worthless. Smart TVs in a Hilton brand property is expected. I spent time in my room watching streaming apps on my laptop. Not having a smart TV with streaming capabilities preventing me from having a R&R experience. Additionally, the toilet was too low making it difficult to sit down and get up off of toilet.

Booking.com should require facilities to denote whether they have smart tv rather than the profile listing flat screen tvs. This will help Booking.com consumers make informed decisions when selecting a hotel. I will never reside at another Hilton Garden Inn and I am less likely to use Booking.com going forward.

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing staff was amazing the location to the stores an clubs where with in 5 to 10 minutes from each other with some in walking distance

Cons:

I had four rooms but My room has ants real bad lost my food an drinks but overall the hotel was clean
