Pros:

Everything was absolutely brilliant. It's the first hotel we've stayed in for a while where everything was perfect. The location is superb. The parking was great. The staff exceptional. The breakfast was fantastic. The bar great. All just perfect

Lovely Hotel HOT rooms
Pros:

Location is excellent and the hotel is beautiful

Cons:

The room I had was in the annex and it was incredibly hot, windows had safety locks on and could not open fully. There was a fan provided in the room but it made little difference, be warned if staying here during the summer as you will not sleep during the night as I did not. Luckily I only stayed one night so was glad to escape the room in the morning.

Nice central location but could include more in the price
Pros:

Nice and central - comfy room - warm welcome

Cons:

Despite the high cost for a room - You have to pay extra for the car park and for breakfast - also when we got back at 10:30 pm on a Friday night we were told the bar was closing and we could not get a drink

Hôtel bien situé

Cons:

Problème de chauffage dans les étages supérieurs, trop chaud et impossibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer. Le personnel n'a pas été en capacité de régler ce problème. Nous avons du changer de chambre.
Nous avons découvert deux mites dans notre chambre :-(.

Pros:

Excellent location for winchester

Cons:

Rooms are looking a bit drab. Need some TLC. For example dripping shower, mould in bathrooms, mattresses need replacing. Just needs a good lick of paint and as I have said in every review but clearly they are not read, a mini fridge is expected in a hotel of this standard. Water provided was not cold and would be if kept in a fridge.

We arrived around 6pm and couldn’t get park, my mum is 83 yrs so the uphill walk from St Peter’s car park wasn’t ideal. The breakfast was decidedly average. On the plus side we only stayed overnight and skedaddled out of there in the morning.
