Underwhelming for the price

Free parking, clean room, comfortable chair and bed

Cons:

Fitness center only had 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical, no TV, no water, and no towels.
Staff was slow to refill coffee and supplies during breakfast but super fast to take everything away a few minutes early.
Front desk was frequently unstaffed.
Rooms had no shampoo, and no cutlery or plates in the kitchenette.

We found it a helpful place to stay while our son is in Westchester Medical Center.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff and the cleanliness of the suite.

Cons:

The TV didn't work and there were blood stains in the bathtub. They did not fix these problems or offer me a different room or a refund. Can Booking.com issue a refund please ?
