We booked it bc it had a kitchen but there were no cooking utensils and only one pot, the room was moldy, there seems to be a scam going on where the front desk staff will tell you you can cancel by paying for just the first night or nights you stayed and then turns around and charges you the whole booking. It happened to myself and one other guests while I was there. The manager was very disrespectful despite me coming down to speak to them in person and again over the phone. They refuse to respond to booking.com requests by email or phone. The area is very sketchy and they allow people to nod out on their back porch near the closed pool.

Le nécessaire pour faire a manger dans la chambre était sale et il manquait beaucoup de choses, 2 assiette pour trois personnes, pas de passoire ou grosse cuillère, mais par contre 4 couteaux ! Bien sûr pas de petite cuillères

Mold covering the ceilings, wet damp mold smell, dirty appliances, floors, stains everywhere, hair everywhere. Couldn't breathe for 20 minutes after leaving to find a suitable room!!!!!
The room was clean and lowering the air made it super cold and comfortable.
The sofa beds were horrible! They looked like they had been there for years and years. The mattress was dirty and had rust stains on the side. My son ended up sleeping on the floor instead because he was grossed out by the look and feel of the flat, fold-out mattress.
Also, there was a smell in the hall, or right when you got off of the elevator. I couldn’t figure what it was. It wasn’t bad, just a weird smell.
Good value and clean rooms!
The gentleman that checked us in seemed irritated, not too welcoming. I tried to make conversation but he didn’t reciprocate.
There were random people lingering outside the facilities, asking for money or help. One man came in and tried to barter with the man in the front, to get a room for a week, claiming he’d work it off for free.

The entire hotel was very clean. The room was clean an the towels all looked brand new.
The hotel is located in a bad neighborhood, with really bad properties surrounding it. If I wasn't there for a big event and other event goers weren't also staying at this hotel, I may have decided to change where I stayed.

Floor did not have ice machine had to get ice from 4th floor and the smell of room , hallway was disgusting .. I even went to go buy room spray and the smell still did not leave . The smell gives dirty . Then was sitting outside and a homeless man ran a guest away . He approached the man he scared him to death..

Its dirty! Smells like shit! Not good value for your money! If you need anything no one will help you! I need towel and it took me a couple of hours and they even told me to pick up at the front desk!
