Cons:

Toute était très bien, l'axe d'améliorations est la partie SPA, JACCUZI qui demande à être mieux entretenu, les équipements ne marche pas totalement. Autrement hotel très sympa avec un personnel à l'écoute et super cool.

Badstrand i närheten saknades.

Very good and I would recommend the hotel to anyone.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good with a beautiful view over the marina.

Cons:

No tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom. British people like to have a kettle, tea, coffee, biscuits, milk etc available all the time. No access to English entertainment tv channels.

Cons:

Vi hade två stolar på balkongen men kunde inte få ett bord…
Trots att andra hade bord på sina balkonger.

This hotel isfrom a 4-star hotel. Disappointing, a bit dirty, and in need of some money spent on it
Pros:

Good view

Cons:

Air con does not work. Very ineffective.
Towels have to be collected 8 floors below away from the pool area! (Ground floor). Very inconvenient.
Cleaning very very dirty and poor. Even after asking they cleaned the room and there was hairs everywhere and brown dirt on the bed sheets.
Lifts very slow.
Given a room without a balcony even though it was a family room.
The pool is too shallow. Maybe 0.5-0.7m deep.
In our view, a long way away from a 4-star hotel. Basic white labels on bottles in bathroom is more like student accommodation or a youth hostel rather than a ‘4-star’ hotel.
Also, very noisy outside within drunken people walking past. Bad acoustics in the glazing.

Tout, nous sommes déjà venu en 2025, et comme l'hôtel est TOP nous y sommes retournés. L'emplacement, les prestations, le personnel...tellement aimable et gentil.
