The location of the hotel was very good and convenient. The breakfast was enjoyable, with an especially beautiful view from the breakfast area as well as from the pool area. We also found the staff to be very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay. The hotel photos did not fully match the reality, and overall the price-quality ratio did not feel justified.
The most inconvenient aspect was the room layout and lack of privacy. The window and very small balcony were directly facing another hotel building, and there were no light/privacy curtains available — only thick blackout curtains. This meant that if we opened the curtains for daylight, the entire room was fully visible from outside, which made the room feel uncomfortable and exposed.
The bed was also not very comfortable, as the mattress was extremely soft. In addition, some of the furniture felt quite tired and worn.
The bathroom could use improvement as well. The shower glass appeared stained or permanently dirty, which gave an unclean impression.
Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations considering the price and the presentation online.
Great location. Excellent breakfast area and food. Nice spot by the pool on level 8. Needs a safe and something to make a hot drink in the room. Staff good.

Staff were lovely and always really helpful .
Rooms were lovely , clean and big . Pool area was nice and pool looking over the marina was great . We had drinks and food by the pool very happy with the standard . Staff couldn’t have been kinder .
Breakfast was really nice , loads to choose from .
Easy 15 min stroll from the hotel unto the centre of Palma .
The hotel stored our bags on the last day as we had a late flight . They were happy for us to chill by the pool all afternoon .
We really enjoyed our stay . We were a party of 11 celebrating a big birthday . Hotel was perfect .

Porte de la chambre mal insonorisée, dérangeant quand il y a du bruit dans le couloir, portes des chambres bruyantes qui claquent à la fermeture, climatisation non fonctionnelle et bloquée à 29 degrés

Sadly some items in the Gym was broken or not functional.
