Highly recommended
Pros:

The location was great close to the centre. There is an outdoor pool although it is very small, an indoor pool and a small gym. The hotel is very clean. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Although the hotel is great, I would recommend some improvements which are missing like for example a kettle in the room to make coffee or tea, a mirror in the bedroom as we were three in the room and there wasn't another one except in the bathroom. Another small suggestion is a clothes hanger in the bedroom.

Had a wonderful time in great hotel with very friendly helpful staff

Cons:

Le parking soi disant a 18 euros par jour. On est resté 12 heure et on a payé 24 euros en plus c’était très compliqué pour entrer dans le parking. Ce parking était pratiquement vide vu le prix

Nice hotel. 20 minute walk to the center.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff everywhere. Perfect location if you will be using the marina across the street as we were.

Upstairs you can see some of the original hotel interior. Always a treat.

Easy walk (well up a lot of stairs, but we heard there was a public elevator in the parking garage next door) to lots of restaurants and a laundromat.

Cons:

Nothing really. It may not be a full 4 star but for price (booked ahead) and location it was just fine. No beach nearby but this is a city hotel.

Härlig frukost. Välstädat.

Gymmet var inte i topp. Crosstrainer fungerade ej. Några andra saker fungerade inte heller.

It was a nice hotel near the Palma city center and perfect for exploring.
Pros:

The location was great, 15 minutes walk to the city center. The breakfast restaurant has a great view. The staff was polite and helpful.
