Great location, good facilities & good food at reasonable prices, had shower facilities as we had late check out, staff were great, very helpful, I would definitely stay here again if coming to Palma.
Several issues with air conditioning but it got sorted.
Hairdryer in room didn’t work, reported it a few times but didn’t get fixed.
It is a nice hotel. My room was on the 5th floor where there were some nice paintings on the wall and quite plush furniture. The breakfast was good with a lot of choice. The breakfast area was on the 5th floor and there was a great view over the port/marina.
The room was nice and the bed comfortable. There was a nice bathroom with lovely, large, enclosed shower. There were additional facilities such as a sauna, jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool, which no doubt contributed to the higher cost of a room, but I as I only stayed 2 nights, I was not able to take advantage of them so felt I was paying for something I was not using.
The price was exceptionally high.
I booked this accommodation as my flight had been cancelled. I would not usually have booked a hotel that was this expensive, but there was very little else available in Palma. This may have been partly due to the days that I stayed, which were a Thursday and Friday, but based on the price I paid, I felt that it did not offer good value overall.
The room had no balcony and the room overlooked neighbouring buildings and steps, where people stopped to take pictures. I felt my room could be overlooked.
Great location, excellent outdoor pool, very good breakfast, and comfortable rooms.
The gym is not functional, with almost all of the equipment broken. The spa is also only partially functional, with some facilities working and others not.

pros:
-large territory
-cleanliness
-there’s a very beautiful panoramic view from the rooftop, which also features a pool with a bar-a mesmerizing view
-there’s a spa: indoor pool, hot tub, saunas
-gym (not great, but it’s there)
-friendly staff who are always ready to help
-there’s an on-site restaurant where you can have lunch or dinner
-plenty of elevators
-a very beautiful view from the terrace where breakfast is served
-a public transportation stop is right next to the hotel
-good air conditioning in the room
-2 bottles of water in the room
-there’s a TV with YouTube, Netflix, etc. in the room
-there is a small art gallery on the ground floor, as well as an exhibition on the 5th floor
cons:
-very poor wi-fi in the room-I could barely get a signal. I had requested via email before check-in that I be given a room with a good signal, since I was planning to hold online work meetings. but the connection was good in public areas like the terrace and the front desk.
-there were no slippers in the room, and I had forgotten to bring my own
-breakfast was the same every day; there wasn’t enough variety, and there weren’t enough dessert options
-I’m an athlete and was expecting a better-equipped gym; in reality, there was almost no equipment-not even the cardio machines were plugged in, except for the treadmill
-the saunas were turned off the whole time; you have to let them know if you want to use them, but I, for example, like to go on the spur of the moment
-poor soundproofing-I could hear the elevator and my neighbors all the time
-insects would occasionally appear in the room-sometimes a spider would crawl out of the bathtub drain, and sometimes a woodlouse would be crawling on the bed
Location is ideal, pool area was nice, staff were lovely.
Our stay on the 5th floor was disappointing due to major noise issues and an outdated room. Located right next to the breakfast room and the public steps above the car park, thin walls meant street noise kept us up throughout the evening.
Though housekeeping tidied and gave us fresh towels daily, the duvet was stained and the room decor felt thoroughly worn out. On our way to the pool, we noticed several newly refurbished rooms—we would have happily paid more for one had this option been made clear during booking. To top it off, I messaged the hotel beforehand regarding our arrival time and anniversary, but received zero response or recognition.
