Please note, guests must present this website confirmation voucher upon check-in. Reservations must contain the guest first and last name.

Please note that the fitness center is open from Mondays to Fridays, from 06:00 to 22:00 and on Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00. Please also note that on the weekends, after 13:00 the number of machines available at the fitness center is reduced.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Please note early check-in and check-out are subject to availability. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.

Pros:

Bom café da manhã

Cons:

Mobília quebrada, cortinas velhas , sofá com estofado sujo. No banheiro não havia secador de cabelo e por alguns dias não possuíam um reserva para emprestar. Uma noite o chuveiro não esquentou. Tive que tomar banho frio numa noite de 13º C em SP. Inadmissível. Não recomendo.

Cons:

Chegamos no hotel no quarto havia uma cama de solteiro no meio da sala, o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, tivemos que descer 3x na recepção para que mudassem o quarto, outra coisa na reserva havia a informação de Chaleira/cafeteira no quarta, porém na recepção informaram que esse quarto não tinha essa opção, no checkout tbem foi um transtorno somente 1 elevador funcionando, 40 minutos para conseguir descer.

Pros:

A localização é excelente, a equipe do hotel muito simpáticos e prestativos. Chuveiro maravilhoso. Tamanho do quarto excelente e do banheiro. Café da manhã excelente.

Cons:

Os quartos não possuem uma acústica boa. Você escuta o chuveiro quando liga e a água no chão e é bastante forte, a descarga também, sei que isso é normal em hotéis, mas parecia que estavam usando o banheiro do meu quarto de porta aberta. O banheiro tinha um vazamento no vaso sanitário que alagava uma parte do banheiro. O Wi-Fi não funcionava de maneira nenhuma. O quarto possui também um péssimo isolamento térmico, estava muito frio em Barueri na minha estadia e ainda eles deixam uma manta fina de coberta e um lençol apenas, na madrugada o frio pegou. O custo benéfico é bom se olhar é um dos hotéis mais em conta não deixaria de ficar lá por isso, mas se fizerem uma reforma nos quartos esse hotel vai ficar ainda mais maravilhoso.
