Pros:

Nothing!! It was filthy and gross! Our sheets were stained and the drawers were open and it looked like a tornado came through.

Cons:

It’s a really scketchy area and the staff was terrible. There was only one front desk person and we waited for him for about 20 minutes.

This place was filthy. The hallways looked like they had not been vacuumed in months, the room was not very clean. I did not have anu bath towels in my bathroom, there was a noisy party going on downstairs, the tv didn't work.

Todo estaba sucio, el baño tenia moho, los muebles estaban todos sucios y deteriorados las ventanas igual de sucias de no ser por que no encontre otro hotel, me hubiera ido de ahi, el baño medio mucho asco, preferi no usarlo, y al final me obligue a buscar otra opcion, en general la limpieza es pesima.

It wasn’t the worst place to stay but for $130 I expected a bit better.
Pros:

Close to our concert, The Bob Bridge, and Laurentsen Gardens. And the Casey’s was close.

Cons:

Had to walk a long ways to our room, and had to use a staircase. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well, and soap scum on tub. A few lightbulbs were missing and the remote didn’t work well.

Never staying here again.

The man was helpful checking me in.

Cons:

The room had several things that weren't good. The AC wiring is I dont believe up to code; the tub had black creatures in it; the mirror was broken about to fall off wall; the bathroom had a hole down in corner of tub and wall -maybe rodent hole; the bed had a big lump in and hard to sleep with big lump in the middle of entire bed all the night stands and dresser were sticky like soda or some spilled on it.

Gross and unacceptable
Cons:

There were stained, mold, hair, etc on the beds. The bedding with ripped. Most of the lights didn’t work. The floors were coming undone and they were sticky. It smelled terrible. There were outlets with wires hanging out. When asking if I could get a refund, the front desk man was very rude. I ended up checking out ten minutes into my stay and got a different hotel. Completely unacceptable; i don’t know how people stay here.

Think twice before booking
Pros:

The price was low.

Cons:

We got three rooms, 2 were a king suite that were supposed to have pull out couch beds. One room didn't have a pull out which made it very uncomfortable for the people staying in the room.
The other room was a single queen and that guest now has to go buy bed bug stuff because he has them pretty bad. So far, the other 2 rooms were ok..
The location and some of the guests were scary. This is NOT a place for someone without "protection," especially at night.
