I liked the pool
I didn’t like how the room was definitely not cleaned before we checked in
Theirs was socks on the side of the bed and hair all over the bathroom floor
I also didn’t like how the bathroom light fixture was hanging down my entire stay and then one day it was fixed wich I don’t know how that could be because I had a do not disturb sign on my door even when I left the room
Wich mean the maintenance guy goes in and out of rooms with out permission and anyone knowing wich is a complete invasion of privacy
I will never stay here again and never mint the cops busting some guy right in the parking lot
I think I deserve some kind of a refund.
This hotel has no outside cameras near the rooms or dark areas highly dangerous if you ask me

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and four days. Every morning before leaving, I requested room service, but every evening when I returned, my room was exactly the way I had left it. They let me stay in the same room for four days without cleaning it!
I am extremely upset and disappointed, especially because I was repeatedly told every morning that the room would be cleaned, only to return at night and find that nothing had been done.
Additionally, there was no hot water. I informed the front desk about the issue on my first day, and I was told that it would be fixed. Unfortunately, that turned out to be another empty promise, and I had to take cold showers for four days.
I am extremely disappointed with this hotel, especially considering all the positive reviews it has received. Don't be fooled by the reviews—look for a hotel that respects its guests and keeps its promises. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. 😠
