El hotel no hace housekeeping tiene uno que pedirlo y aún así no lo hacen nomás te llevan lo que necesites como las sábanas y tú las tienes que poner nunca se meten al cuarto la televisión no funcionaba estaba inclusive desconectada el aire acondicionado con los botones todos flojos apestaba a cigarro el cuarto la alfombra muy sucia las paredes también la puerta de entrada dejaba pasar el aire por debajo y lo vuelvo a reiterar lo único bueno de ese hotel es la ubicación tienen que invertirle para levantarlo está pésimo no volvería a quedarme ahí muy mala experiencia

Pues no sabría por dónde empezar… al llegar el personal muy poco amable. Nos dieron una habitación lejos y cuando llegamos las llaves magnéticas no funcionaban. Al final nos dieron otra y cuando llegamos estaba bastante vieja y sucia, es uno de los peores hoteles en los que me he alojado. Dos noches allí fueron interminables. Las llaves se desmagnetizaban cada dos por tres y tenía que ir a la recepción para que nos lo arreglaran. El empleado de la recepción una de las veces me exigió de malas formas que me pusiera en la línea de la cola cuando ya estaba terminando de atender a los huéspedes que estaban en el mostrador a punto de marcharse. No lo recomiendo

Pros:

We checked in late after a long drive from the Grand Canyon. The person at the front desk was expressionless, not at all welcoming. Getting to the room was challenging. The elevator had nothing written on the buttons inside and the walkway to our bedroom was up and downstairs and around corridor is extremely inconvenient. The carpet in the room was filthy. The bathtub had black mold. The sheet was a skew turned inside out. The sofa was sagging and had stains, and the George jam looked like someone had tried to break into it. We did not stay the night, even though the room was prepaid. I would never recommend this and I think it’s terrible that this hotel which is really a motel is even on the booking site.
