Cons:

At this price and at best western, i would expect a hot breakfast. Also a 15$ parking addition for an out-of-city location is something i would not expect, especially at a best western at this price point.

Las personas del front desk fueron muy amables.

La limpieza de los cuartos muy buena

Cons:

Al entrar a los elevadores habían muchos insectos, no se que tipo de insectos eran porque eran muy pequeños y eran muchos, otra cosa que deberían tener en cuenta es que cuando entraban a organizar los cuartos nos dejaban sin toallas, en dos días diferentes nos tocó bajar a pedir toallas en el front desk.

Cons:

On two occasions guests were loud in themiddle of the night. When I called the front desk on both occasions, there was no answer. Once I actually went down to the front desk where there was no one present. On the 2nd episode, I had to knock on the door of the room where the guests were loud.

Last night, the alarm system went off around midnight causing guests to vacate their rooms and wait for the false alarm to end after about 20 minutes. Needless to say, this was highly disruptive.
