Location was great, near McGill University, not far from old Montreal.
Pros:

The size of the room was great. TV was easy to figure out, unlike some places. Quiet floor. The staff was very kind and helpful.

We were satisfied, overall.

Good Location and Spacious Rooms, but Poor Reception Service

The hotel has spacious and clean rooms, and the location is excellent.

Cons:

After staying for more than 10 days, I felt I was treated poorly. I believe the staff could benefit from better hospitality training.

Pros:

great location. Area is safe. Very friendly and accommodating staff. This is my go to hotel every time I go to Montreal

Cons:

on some weekends, Party crowds or hockey fans don't behave like they are in a 4 star hotel. But that's not the hotel's fault.

Cons:

1- à l'arrivée à la réception, l'homme pas tellement sympathique
2 - on indique dans les services de l'hôtel un P mais on précise pas avec valet, alors on nous charge 41$ de plus car évidemment on le prend puisque cest compliquée, ça devrait être mis dans le prix ou l'indiquer
3 - les rideaux ne se ferment pas, alors le.matin il fait très clair dans la chambre

Pros:

Staff members are the Best in the business at this hotel….Peter, Sam, Romi, Dan and John are amazing ppl…they definitely know the business very well, and all of them have been working there for a long time which is a testament of management and how they are treated…We met a new fellow who was working with Sam yesterday and his name escapes us but you can tell he is well taught and very pleasant as well. The staff make the place and they are all very professional at their jobs…if your looking for a place to stay in montreal look no further…the Manager Rafik Zikry Is a very pleasant man as well as we have had opportunities to meet him personally…5 start service everytime

This was a very good hotel for me, perfect location, friendly and helpful staff.
Cons:

The coffee creamer powder is not nice and uh ruins the coffee so I bought some fresh milk.
