Great BW experience
Pros:

We chose the best western Ville Marie for our 3 night stay in Montreal. Upon arriving Mark helped me at the front desk and was very helpful and welcoming. We frequently choose best western hotels for our holiday adventures.

Awesome stay
Pros:

Great stay. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. Everything was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location was perfect to get around, and the cafe downstairs had amazing coffee and pastries, which was a big plus!

Pros:

I liked coffee shop being downstairs. Location close to Metro was convenient. Entry looks great.

Cons:

First room they gave us smelled like dirty feet. We went back downstairs and asked for another and we did get one on the 11th floor that was appropriate. There is no microwave in any of the rooms. You always have to wait for an elevator because there's only one working. No complimentary water in the room which even in the lowest of the places we have been there's always been two bottles of water. I will not stay here again. There are many choices in Montreal and this one has been locked off my list.

We hosted a sports event with player from all across Canada. The team at Best Western were so accommodating and flexible in our needs. The rooms were very big and the event space as well as the food were incredible. Rania was so helpful, professional and efficient in helping us book.
