Brand name, high prices but mediocre service at best.
Pros:

Location was very convenient for the purpose of our trip.

Cons:

The room was dated, bathroom sink was leaky, carpets were dirty and we were not even provided with slippers. For the price range the international standard is complementary slippers, makeup removal cottons, tooth brush/paste, crisp towels etc. not only there was none of that but the towels were old and musky.

Dirty, moldy rooms and no real help from the hotel — a very disappointing stay.
Pros:

It’s hard to point out anything special — the location was decent, but that didn’t save the overall experience.

Cons:

The room was very dirty: there were hairs near the toilet and on the seat in the bathroom. We were offered several alternative rooms (about six), but almost all of them had the same cleanliness issue, and some also had a strong unpleasant smell. When we complained at the reception, they sent a cleaner who just wiped the surface with a tissue, without removing the hair or doing a proper cleaning. We were also upset by the double booking situation: we accidentally booked the same room twice, a minute apart, on two different platforms. The booking platforms were willing to cancel one of the reservations, but the final decision was up to the hotel — and the hotel refused. As a result, we had to pay double the price for a dirty room. On top of that, the air conditioner, even when running at full power, was completely dirty and had mold in it. There is also basically no soundproofing — you can clearly hear people talking in the hallway even at a normal, slightly-above-average volume.
