Overall, boring and gloomy

I like that the hotel is near restaurants that you can walk to. That's about it.

Cons:

The service could be way better! It didn't feel warm and friendly when I walked in. There isn't anything to do for the hotel guest. No bar or cafe you can chill and eat at. I couldn't even get the snack machine to work. And was there even a pool for the hotel guest? If so, I didn't see one and the front desk person didn't mention it. Not to mention, there was a little roach in my room!! I will not be staying here again.

After getting off to a bad start, it was a great stay
Pros:

They were very friendly. The breakfast was good and they took care of us and made sure to get us a clean room after our first room wasn’t up to par.

Cons:

The parking is a little different and the first room they put us in. There was hair left in one bed and a dirty sock at the end of another bed.
