Pros:

This place is staffed by some of the kindest people you'll ever meet. The property itself is fine, a nice version of what you'd expect from an airport-adjacent hotel. Very clean and the rooms are comfortable. The complementary breakfast is more extensive than expected. All in all this seems like a place that should exist only to serve a purpose, but ends up feeling inexplicably cozy.

Cons:

The parking was a little confusing at first. You have to use your room card to access the lot, but there's no clear place to leave your car while checking in.

If you need to be at Porsche North America or go to the airport, it is a decent location.

The room was clean and the location was convenient for us.

Cons:

The breakfast was lacking and below average. The area/landscaping around the building was below average. The front door actually faces side/back of an IHOP that just looked shabby and forgotten. Pool closed the day after Labor Day, even though the weather did not warrant it. A large group of women checking in for a birthday. They were very disappointed to hear that they had three hours to jump into the pool after check-in.

The outside of the hotel was very dated and I thought it would be a terrible stay, however the inside of the room was clean and the lobby area .it looks like the hallway carpet needs to be removed as well. I am not sure if this will be apart of the remodeling aspect, ( it needs to be) But the staff were professional and had a kind demeanor . I even left my ID and they mailed it out to me !! So thank you ! I could stay there again . It’s close to 2819 Church too!

The bad hallway carpet need attention an the exterior of building. However if the inside is clean and updated I’m okay!
