Lugar comodo y limpio
Pros:

Habitacion amplia, comoda, limpia. El desayuno estaba bastante completo y variado con waffles, eggs, salchichas, hash brown, cereales, fruta, muffins y una barra de cafe/te disponible. La habitacion tenía balcon, y tuvimos una bella vista.

Cons:

El parking es limitado, no hay muchos espacios por lo que si llegas muy tarde puede que no encuentres parking y tengas que dejar tu carro frente al iHop o donde se pueda y esperando que no te lo remolquen o no le vaya a pasar nada.

Hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The staff was super friendly, our room was larger than we expected it would be and super clean, the breakfast was great, and everything was super nice all around. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Being so close to the airport, planes can be heard landing fairly often, but the sound is muffled enough to where it didn’t keep us awake or anything.

Pros:

Disponibilidad de habitaciones en una emergencia

Cons:

La habitación no tenia alfombra en ningún lugar, era poco cálida, muebles muy minimalistas. Parecía más un departamento de soltero que una habitación de hotel. Los shampoo y acondicionadores del baño estaban rellenados lo que me parece pesimo.

This was an eye opening stay and I will be going elsewhere in the future

When we arrived we were greeted by a police chasing a fugitive before we were even able to fully park the car with the cops chasing a guy on foot off the freeway, great introduction to where we will be falling asleep at night….. In addition to that excitement we discovered that the hotel was going through renovations and there was a jackhammer ripping up concrete directly outside the hotel. This place was supposed to be a nice renovated hotel and it was so so dirty and rundown, from the original elevator being walled off with shattered glass inside to the smoke stained curtains and walls. This didn’t scream the “best” side of best western. I was genuinely disappointed and will not be returning to this property. It was impossible falling asleep here with the construction and lack of safety.

Real caring human experience
Pros:

Laville at the front desk was by far the best experience i've had on my entire international flight.
Her, "Good morning, beautiful people", she says. As you walk out the elevator door in the morning. Her attentiveness to ensure we had food in the morning. Her upbeat attitude and genuine care is unparallel in customer service. Laville. Is her name. I don't know what you guys are paying her , but it ain't enough.

Only had to stay one night for family business so not going to complain too
Pros:

They were remodeling and our room was very nice.

Cons:

The only downside was that our room floors were gross and there was hair everywhere! On the floor and in the shower.
