The host Ms. Alicia was very helpful & comforting . The overall staff was pleasant showing professionalism, it made my 1st time in New Orleans great!

The hotel is in a good location & the lobby is cute but then we got to our room & discovered the super thin wall

Beautifully decorated and fabulous location.
Pros:

It was beautifully decorated. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room and beds were very comfortable and beautifully decorated.

Cons:

There were homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk nearby when we walked back to the hotel and the sidewalk smelled like a urinal. But that’s not the hotel‘s fault. It’s like that everywhere apparently in New Orleans. But the hotel itself was wonderful.

Room was clean, staff was incredibly friendly, location was close to the action but quiet enough to not be loud or overwhelming. this was a great value

Some services are good, and others are not so.

Location, location, location

Cons:

The housekeeping was unstable. When we got to the room late in the afternoon, several times the room wasn’t due. The valet parking service had good days and not-so-good others. The service in the cafeteria was excellent.

Pros:

The hotel location was convenient for our itinerary.

Cons:

The staff was not welcoming and the restaurant served under cooked food. Nothing was attempted to make things right by the hotel management.
