cold showers, dirty floors, likely not clean sheets, no hand soap, filthy bathroom sink, empty shower soap, no clean towels, moldy shower curtain, two cockroaches, and no cleaning during stay.

Nightmare on Cheney Street

Cons:

The room we were in had an unsafe air con unit covered in dust ,it started popping and sparking and was a potential fire risk, we had cockroaches in room also.
We asked to move as we thought the air con unit was going to catch fire.
We were allocated the only room left which was a filthy smoking room which stank of weed and cigarettes not suitable for a young family, We had to cancel our trip ,no rocket launch for us.
Can honestly say this trip was a nightmare,the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
Do yourself a favour spend more avoid this place

Cons:

First of all the microwave didn't work from the start. There were not adequate amount of towels in there that should be. I kept having to kill German roaches and I hate bugs in my room.

Right across from where the continental breakfast was. They had good stuff eggs, sausage, gravy, waffles, yogurt you make yourself, oatmeal, cereal, juices, drinks. Kuerig in lobby made ice coffee. Friendly people and staff.
